Not much to complain, but a greater attention to the small details such as cleanliness (dust not wiped off), and the communication with the owner who did not keep his promise to provide a remote control for the TV (missing), even if we would not use it during the stay - you don't have time for everything.

The accommodation needs a deep
cleaning and damp problems to be corrected.

The property feels a bit dated and could do with some improvements. The loft feels a bit unstable and the drainage system needs checking as you can smell it from the kitchen sink. There js mould in the bathroom but not to a shocking level.

The table was dirty, the chairs wobble, the slippers were somehow literally soaking wet, and the windows were totally as soundproof as paper.

Was a bit “dated” - needs a good “freshen-up” - small things like cutlery needs an upgrade. Felt a little “grimey” and the drains smelt a bit funky.

Bathroom a little smelly, might need to repair the plumbing?

Bathroom was a bit small, would not be a huge issue but the shower curtain was missing so it was hard to keep the floor dry.

Location Coordinate in the Google is not accurate (in the behind of apartment not in the front apartment. Owner is not communicative (late response), is very difficult to contact the owner. In the beginning owner inform that we can keep our luggage in the apartment, but after we arrive in apartment he cancelled, so we have to go to coin locker with taxi to the nearest coin locker to keep my luggage.

The washing machine also leaked all over the balcony. Some of the furniture is old.

The bathroom drainage was not working from the time we arrived. You could smell it in the bathroom and it flooded when we had a shower. It was so bad that we avoided taking a shower where possible.

Can't think of anything. We only stayed one night.

The facility was not clean, especially the bathroom. The vent was plugged with lint and the ceiling splattered with small flies. This is a dark and tired apartment. Chairs are worn and the sofa is split. It is a low-end investment and must be looked at in that way. There is obviously no pride or concern for improvements to the property. Very tired. The electricity went out at 7:30 AM ( Not the breaker fuse!) We had no contact from the emergency numbers which did not work. We received a few emails at 10am . No elec, no internet, no hot water. The company found another place nearby and it had an equal level of disappointment. Holes in the wall (5) and soiled white paint. The entrance was grungy. The room was clean otherwise and the kitchenette new. However we will never stay with this group again. There was never even an apology. When we were forced to request to stay another night because of travel issues we requested an extension. One contact said no, fine we booked somewhere else, but then the owner came back and said it was possible but at double the price, yet there was no apology for the freeze two days earlier. Distasteful experience
