Pros:

スタッフさんの返信がとても早く、安心して連絡ができました。
夜中に到着が遅れる旨を話したところ、すぐに返信を下さり、とても助かりました。
設備も整っており、快適に過ごしやすいです。
近くに銭湯があったのも個人的に高評価です。

Cons:

ふたりだと少し狭いかな…？と思いました。

Location is great, but apartment is not comfortable if you're planning to stay more than 3 days

Location is amazing - SkyTree, nice neighbourhood, Solamachi complex is near.
You can walk to Asakusa, Sumida riverwalk, Ushijima shrine by foot.
I also highly recommend visiting sento in the next building.

Apartment has really nice bathroom and toilet with a hand wash sink.

Apartment is managed by a company (not a person), and I had quite an unpleasant and rude chat with them. Unito company is not very good in business communication.

The biggest bummer was that the apartment's wardrobe is locked! And I was refused to unlock it. Even though I booked apartment for 6 weeks, I was forced to put all my belongings back to my suitcase. It was extremely uncomfortable.

There is a fridge, but it is located near your bed.

Clothes drying rack is hidden in the locked wardrobe, so you cannot wash and dry your clothes with comfort.
There are only one set of bed linen, which is horrible for long stays (as you cannot wash and dry the linen since drying rack is unavailable).

The apartment is OK for short term renting (like 2-3 days), but I definetely do not recommend it for long-term rent.

Superb
Pros:

- the room is very clean
- same like the pic.
- near the station (skytree station)
- very near tokyo skytree
- easy to go anywhere
- can go direct to the airport
- have a vinyl player 😆

Cons:

if you stay on the 4 floor that is the bad things of zens skytree

Low rating for a reason
Pros:

The location is good with a great view and accessibility.

Cons:

The room isn’t really tidy for the guests, we can still find some stuffs belong to the others and even trashes in the corner. The building’s public areas like the entry and stairs are not clean neither. Since the host asks the guests to keep all the garbage in the room, the place may not be ideal for long stay.
