Pros:

Good studio, nice indoor and outdoor pool, food was ok, always hot water and good weather pressure

Cons:

It was very crowded in the indoor pool, everything was like it was 12 years ago, nothing changed, time stopped, the kitchen was empty, no facilities, dishes... Breakfast is the same every day

Bad service from the staff, most of them speaking only Bulgarian.
Taste and variety of dinner and breakfast was disappointing.
Spa center was basic and now big enough for such a big establishment.

The property is prety good. The stuff are so kind and polite. Spa is okay, we are enjoyed. The food is good.

Exceptional
Pros:

Great yard with very nice gardens and a playground for children. The outdoor pool is also nice and spacious enough. Delicious food in the restaurant and friendly staff.

Cons:

The indoor pool is, however, small, but otherwise, the other amenities in the spa centre are quite fine.

Nice stay in large room with large balcony.
Pros:

Large room and balcony. Easily to find and reach by car. We had a good stay. Only strange thing was there was a kitchen but no inventory so cooking was not possible.

Cons:

No kitchen inventory.
