Saubere Zimmer und alles, was man benötigt
Pros:

Es wurde auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen und wir haben ein entsprechendes Zimmer bekommen.
Außerdem war die Unterkunft sehr sauber und hatte alles, was man bräuchte.

Cons:

Die Kommunikation hätte etwas besser laufen können. Wir mussten einige Male nachhaken, wegen unserer Unterbringungswünsche.
Eine Kommunikation auf deutsch wäre angenehmer gewesen.

Pros:

Nous avions loué 2 appartements pour 7 personnes. Les locaux étaient propres et très bien agencés. La situation géographique est très bien avec les transports en commun à proximité, ainsi qu'une supérette très pratique.

Cons:

Le check-in en ligne à été un peu laborieux, mais cela s'est résolu facilement par téléphone à notre arrivée.

pratique pour un court séjour à Berlin

Cons:

mieux décrire l'accès au parking qui se fait via un "ascenseur à voiture" avec la carte du logement et du coup préciser que l'accès au garage ne peut être effectif que pour une petite voiture !!
revoir le système de fermeture du logement, qui n'a malheureusement pas toujours fonctionnel lors de notre séjour.

Pros:

Obwohl der Kontakt nur online lief, hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Unsere Bitte z.B. nach einem ruhigen Zimmer in einer höheren Etage wurde erfüllt: das Zimmer war wirklich sehr ruhig. Das Bett war sehr gut, sehr geräumig mit ausgezeichneter Matratze.

Ein unvergesslicher Kurzurlaub in einer günstigen, überraschend komfortablen Unterkunft.
Pros:

Die umfangreiche Ausstattung mit vielen Handtüchern, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Föhn usw. Außerdem auch der Aufzug, gerade im 6. Stock sehr hilfreich! Unbedingt positiv hervorzuheben ist der Support-Chat, der tatsächlich(!) rund um die Uhr genutzt werden kann.

Cons:

Die Lager bleibt eine Konzession. Man muss sich immer dessen bewusst sein, dass das Apartment direkt am Görlitzer Park liegt.
Etwas schwierig ist, dass bei mehreren Personen nur eine einzelne Schlüsselkarte ausgegeben wird, was viel Koordination erfordern kann. Zudem ist der Empfang nicht besetzt, sodass man auf den etwas unpersönlichen Support-Chat angewiesen ist (auch wenn der toll funktioniert).

Der Zuschnitt des Apartments war wie erwartet und gewünscht.

Cons:

Die Küche war wegen der nicht funktionierenden Herdplatten praktisch nicht benutzbar. Das Kartenlesegerät zur Stromversorgung hatte eine Wackelkontakt, der erst nach wiederholter online Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter kurz vor meiner Abreise provisorisch repariert wurde. Solange war ich jeden Tag unsicher, ob ich überhaupt Strom haben würde. Ein Angebot zum Tausch des Apartments gab es nicht. Verantwortliches Personal hab ich während meines 6 tägigen Aufenthaltes nicht im Haus finden können.
Den Görlitzer Park um die Ecke muss man wollen, sonst sind die ständige Angebote zum Drogenkauf echt nervig.
Positiver Lichtblick war die freiwillige Erstattung eines kleinen Teils des Mietpreises.
