Friendly Staff and Great Location
Pros:

The staff were amazing and so kind. Turn right from the front door and everything you need and can enjoy are steps away.

Cons:

A tight fit for two, but the price reflects this.

Berlin Stay 3 Night
Pros:

The room was great, had all the facilities needed to have a comfortable stay. It was clean on arrival, and had good crockery to use. The only downfall, there was no air-con. Fans were provided, but sleeps were uncomfortable as the fans were essentially pushing around hot air. The location is also right next to a very dodgy park, so unfortunately we did have some street noise and people hanging around the entrance. But overall it was a good stay.

Blij verrast, fijn apartement en super locatie!
Pros:

De locatie van het verblijf en de gemakken van het apartment, alles was aanwezig (koelkast, fornuis, fohn, ventilator, broodrooster, magnetron etc).
De communicatie verliep goed op de online chat met aantal vragen. Het was een fijne lichte kamer en de buurt om het verblijf heen is gevuld met super veel winkels en cafes, super fijn.

Cons:

Wat wij erg jammer vonden was dat je een verzoek kon indienen voor early check in, maar vervolgens was het niet mogelijk, leek ook niet echt of het een realistische optie was, want om 15.00 precies konden we er pas in.. Ik zou dan die keuze weg laten. Ze hebben namelijk geen lockers of personeel wat je bagage even kan bewaren voor de dag. Ook was het dakterras matig, dat was in onderhoud en niet aangekleed met meubels (zoals op de foto’s wel stond). Voor de entree van hotel moet je een code onthouden en was er maar een pasje voor de kamer, 2 zijn echt beter. Ik vond het persoonlijk beetje spannend met die codes allemaal, heb liever een systeem wat werkt met een sleutel.
Ook wisten wij niet van te voren dat er helemaal nooit iemand van personeel aanwezig zou zijn… zou toch fijn zijn om af en toe iemand te kunnen spreken bijv tussen 9u en 12u smorgens ofzo

Si vas a Berlín a no dormir o a hacerlo en estado de coma puede ser tu opción
Pros:

La ubicación, cerca del "meollo" de Kreuzberg, si sabes qué clase de barrio es y lo que te puedes encontrar (bueno y malo) en él, está bien. Además, tiene muy cerca una parada del bus M23 que viene muy bien para ir a las zonas más céntricas de la ciudad. Tiene una pequeña ludoteca, muy básica, en la primera planta, por si vas con niños. Tiene pocos juguetes y no es gran cosa, pero se está fresquito (a diferencia de en la agobiante habitación) y es algo que no ofrecen la mayor parte de apartamentos.

Cons:

Las camas y las almohadas son incómodas. Los colchones, duros como una piedra, y las almohadas blandas e informes. Fuimos en verano y coincidieron un par de días a cerca de 30º, que en Berlín se consideran propios de una ola de calor. Como no hay aire acondicionado, esos días la temperatura en la habitación era insoportable. Las cortinas en ven de aislar del calor lo acumulaban (ya se sabe que en Alemania no conocen las persianas) y no hay ningún tipo de ventilación cruzada, dado que todas las ventanas dan hacia el mismo lado, por lo cual quedas a merced de unos ventiladores bastante básicos. Por otra parte, la calle es muy ruidosa y no se puede dormir con la ventana abierta. La limpieza era un poco como todo, mejorable. Al principio parecía correcta, sin más, pero si te fijabas un poco aparecían churretes aquí y allá que no querías pensar de qué eran.

Pros:

Ich kann nicht sagen, wie die Unterkunft ist, da ich für einen Kollegen gebucht habe.

Cons:

allerdings habe ich mehrfach nach einer Rechnung gefragt und bis heute keine erhalten, was sehr ärgerlich ist bei einer Geschäftsreise
