Très bon séjour dans un Berlin glacial !
Pros:

Apparthôtel bien situé dans le quartier de Kreuzberg tout près d'un arrêt de bus.
Facilité d'accès par messages et boite à clé. Indications faciles à suivre et précises.
Appartement confortable et bien équipé.
Réactivité de la messagerie en cas de demandes.
Il faisait très froid quand nous sommes allés à Berlin (- 9 degré C ), mais l'appartement était vraiment bien chauffé, c'était vraiment agréable. De plus, l'appartement est très bien isolé (aucun bruit).

Cons:

La nuit, la boite à code à l'exterieur de l'appartement n'est pas très bien éclairée.
Il manquait la télécommande pour faire fonctionner la télévision. Le problème n'a pas pu être résolu en 3 jours.

Everything's great!
Pros:

The apartment had all the necessary commodities, it was cozy and comfortable, check-in and check-out as well as communication with the owner's team went really smooth and pleasant. I definitely recommend this place for staying in Berlin.

Cons:

Everything was great, the only disadvantage was that the park nearby has "interesting" reputation, but that wasn't a problem at all, and we loved the location as it was near the East Side Gallery and not too far from the city centre.

Pleasant, comfortable, warm
Pros:

Lovely clean little apartment, perfect for us as we was going to a concert at the Lido. Big king size very comfortable beds, no noise outside, thank you for our stay.

Great location, clean and spacious apartments, very affordable, friendly and helpful staff, and amazing food nearby.
Pros:

The location is excellent — close to the town and very well connected. The apartments are tidy, spacious enough, and comfortable, with a really nice touch like heated floors in the bathroom. The price is surprisingly low compared to other places in Berlin, which makes it an even better deal.

The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, usually replying immediately. I even forgot my charger and they made sure I received it back, which I really appreciated. Just make sure you have an internet connection when you arrive, as the access is protected with codes.

There are many great and affordable restaurants nearby, and the whole area has a cool, lively vibe — definitely one of the coolest parts of Berlin. I would absolutely stay here again.

Muy buen apartamento bien comunicado con el centro de Berlin
Pros:

El apartamento está muy bien, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en él. La cocina está bien equipada con platos, vasos, copas... para todos los huéspedes y el baño está muy bien.
El apartamento está muy bien comunicado con el centro de la ciudad, ya que hay un bus que te deja justo al lado y que funciona todo el rato.
Como es self check in no había nadie allí pero respondían por mensaje al instante a cualquier duda o petición.

Muy recomendable!

Cons:

El WIFI no funciona :(
Justo al lado del apartamento hay un parque que no es lo más seguro del mundo pero durante el día no hay problema. Por la noche no recomendaría andar por allí pero por lo demás sin problema.
