Struttura Nuova, ben tenuta e pulitissima.
Pros:

Ho Prenotato la seguente soluzione: Appartamento Design con Letto Queen Size

La camera, nonostante le temperature esterne da brivido era calda già al mio arrivo.
Camera molto spaziosa con divano, tavolo e sedie, frigorifero ( con dell'acqua di bevenuto, cosa molto rara nel nord Europa), cucina funzionale, televisione e letto doppio. Le tende riparano bene dalla luce esterna mentre le finestre insonorizzano perfettamente ogni suono proveniente da fuori.
Il bagno è molto bello, con doccia calda, spaziosa e pressione dell'acqua perfetta.

La struttura si vede che è nuova e ben tenuta.

Lo staff è spesso presente ed è sempre gentile, disponibile e sorridente.

I booked the “Design Apartment with Queen-Size Bed.”

Even though it was freezing outside, the room was already warm when I arrived.
It was really spacious, with a sofa, table and chairs, a fridge (with complimentary water — pretty rare in Northern Europe!), a functional kitchen, a TV, and a double bed. The curtains block the light really well, and the windows keep out all the noise from outside.
The bathroom was great too — big shower, nice and hot, with perfect water pressure.

The place is clearly new and well looked after.

The staff is around often and they’re always friendly, helpful, and smiling.

Nulla da eccepire.

Ci fosse un opzione per avere la colazione sarebbe perfetto, ma camminando nei paraggi si possono trovare delle soluzioni.
Unica pecca: l’assenza di un posacenere all’esterno, che rende tutte le aree circostanti all’ingresso piene di mozziconi di sigarette.

If there were an option to have breakfast, it would be perfect — but if you walk around the area, you can easily find places to eat.
The only drawback is the lack of an outdoor ashtray, which results in the surrounding areas near the entrance being littered with cigarette butts.

Mein Zimmer war sehr staubig, ich hatte ein Zimmer Richtung straße, die durch die straßenbahn sehr laut war

Pros:

Very clean, spotless apartment. All commodities were there. Very well equipped. Surprisingly quiet area as well, was able to find street parking.
Cannot complain about anything really, will book again!

Alles prima, komme gerne wieder!
Pros:

Alles prima, sauber, gute Lage, gute Ausstattung, gemütlich und praktisch (eigene Küche, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher etc.), hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, kenne nichts Vergleichbares in Berlin. Komme gerne wieder.
