Pros:

Very pleasant new place in a great location. Tram stops right in front of the door, lots and lots of restaurants in two minutes radius.
The room has everything you need and looks great. There are very cool common spaces.

Cons:

Glass window between bathroom and bedroom is not sufficient sound barrier for privacy.

Moderne Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage
Pros:

Modernes Haus mit lustigen Details. Konsequent durchdacht. Die Lage in Friedrichshain ist gut. Angenehme Nachbarschaft, Bioladen und Bäcker in der Straße und gute Anbindung. Das Zimmer war nicht groß, aber funktional und in einem stimmigen Industrial-Stil ausgerüstet. Angenehme Atmosphäre. Sehr sauber. In der Umgebung viele Restaurants.
Sehr gut auch, dass über Tag Hosts im Haus sind als Ansprechpartner. Ein Problem mit der Schlüsselkarte nach deren Feierabend ließ sich telefonisch besprechen. Der große Aufenthaltsraum, das "Wohnzimmer", ist ein Pluspunkt.

Cons:

Die Straßenbahn vor der Tür ist sehr laut. Nichts für Leute, die gerne bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ist es o.k. und es liegen sogar Orstöpsel bereit. Hier und da etwas beschädigt: Duschkopf wackelte, einem Sitzhocker fehlte ein Bein, Klodeckel kaputt - hier könnte mal was gemacht werden. Nicht schlimm, aber da zeigt sich Abnutzung in einem sonst sehr modernen Haus. Was mir persönlich nicht gefiel, war die offene Betondecke im Bunkerstil. Muss man mögen, ist hier Teil des Stils.

We liked our stay very much
Pros:

The room was very good — clean, cozy and warm. There was also a large mirror in the room, which was very convenient. Check-in was very easy, and the team was easy to reach. The location is great — there are different supermarkets and cafés nearby. The tram stop is close to the hotel, and the U-Bahn is only a 12-minute walk away. The neighborhood also felt safe.

Cons:

Some kitchen utensils and a dish dryer were missing. Salt and pepper were not in the room — I only discovered on the 3rd day that they were located in the common room on the first floor. This wasn’t really a problem, just a small detail that could be improved. Also, our room was next to the staff room, so cleaning started quite early in the morning (between 8 and 9 a.m.), and there was some noise from moving cleaning carts and utensils.

Pros:

The hotel is modern and coozy, palced in the heart of Friedrichshain, close to good bakeries, brunch bars and resturants. The Stuff is great. There was a problem with my room and I immediately received an upgrade. Great place to stay!
