Ganz gut, aber für den Preis noch verbesserungswürdig.
Pros:

Die Lage im netten Kiez Friedrichshain ist gut und das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet. Zudem war das Einchecken unkompliziert und das Bett sehr bequem.

Cons:

Leider war es nachts recht laut durch eine Leitung, die ständig lief. Zudem war das Bad nicht ganz sauber, da hinter dem Klo an der Wand nicht geputzt wurde.

super Unterkunft
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist schön gestaltet, sauber und wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Im Gemeinschaftsraum hat es ausserdem noch einige Snacks, Getränke und notfalls Sachen zum Kochen (Pasta, Pesto etc.). Es ist tagsüber meistens jemand da, ansonsten gibt es auch eine Nummer der man 24/7 schreiben oder anrufen kann. Die mit denen wir gesprochen haben waren alle sehr freundlich. Die Gegend ist ausserdem sehr sicher (auch nachts) und ruhig und man hat einen guten Anschluss zum Öv. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für einen Kurztrip nach Berlin
Pros:

Unser Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Auch der Gemeinschaftsbereich ist gemütlich, es gibt Kaffee, Snacks.. alles was man braucht. Das Personal war super freundlich und bemüht. Lage ist auch super. Unseren nächsten Berlinbesuch werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier verbringen.

Cons:

Wir haben nichts auszusetzen.

Pros:

Lage mit Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar. Zimmer und Bad gross und sauber.

Cons:

Zimmer trotz höherer Kategorie durch die Nähe zum Aufzugsschacht auch nachts und frühmorgens durch den Aufzug sehr laut.

Fantastik beliggenhed!
Pros:

Hotel beliggende fantastisk i Friedrichshein tæt på byliv, men alligevel stille og roligt. Virkelig behagelige senge til den hårde side, som vi foretrækker, og fin lejlighed med helt basalt udstyr. Godt badeværelse.

Cons:

Alt var fint, men foretrækker man hyggelig indretning eller en lejlighed med køkkenudstyr til stor madlavning, skal man nok finde noget andet 😊

Sehr schön
Pros:

Wir waren hier nur eine Nacht, um ein Konzert in Friedrichshain zu besuchen. Der Check-In war sehr einfach und schnell, der Mitarbeiter super freundlich und das Zimmer hübsch eingerichtet und sauber. Ausgestattet war es mit allem, was man so brauchen kann und trotz der sehr zentralen Lage war es nachts richtig leise. Bis zum Ostkreuz haben wir zu Fuß nur 10 Minuten gebraucht.

Cons:

Ein paar Sachen hätten uns gestört, wenn wir länger gebucht hätten, für die eine Nacht war es aber vollkommen fein so. Das WLAN hat sich leider immer wieder verabschiedet, der Empfang war sehr schlecht in unserem Zimmer. Das Fenster vom Zimmer aus ins Bad rein hätte man vielleicht ganz mit einer Folie zukleben sollen, ich fand das so eher unpassend. Und der Abfluss der Dusche sah zwar fancy gebaut aus, war aber nicht besonders effizient in seiner Funktion, nach 2 Minuten unter der Dusche stand das ganze Bad unter Wasser. Vielleicht war er auch einfach bisschen verstopft.

Wegens ernstige geluidsoverlast halverwege moeten wisselen van appartement
In beide appartementen liep het water niet weg in de douche, waardoor het in de badkamer en kamer stroomt
Ondanks dat het buiten maar 10 graden was erg warm in de kamer

주차 예약했으나 주차장 출입이 가능한 디바이스를 숙소에 두겠다는 약속을 지키지 않았고, 숙소에는 주차장 출이 가능한 디바이스가 없었다. 직원에 연락했으나 연락을 받지 않았다. 두시간을 주차장 앞에서 허비한 후 다른 투숙객의 도움으로 겨우 주차를 할 수 있었다. 다음날이 되어서야 메세지를 확인한 직원이 자기 직원이 숙소에 있으니 디바이스를 받으라고 했다. 객실로 디바이스를 갖다 주는 것이 상식인데 이 업체는 그런 상식이 없었다. 나는 이런 엉망인 서비스를 경험한 적이 없었다. 숙소는 매우 어둡고, 침대는 너무 작았다. 주방도구도 매우 부족했다. 이 숙소로 인해 베를린에 대한 인상이 나빠질 정도였다.

Ako Berlin, onda Stayery!
Pros:

Objekt izgleda identično kao na fotografijama. Također su prisutni i dostupni svi sadržaji koje navode. Osoblje je iznimno ljubazno i susretljivo. Apartman je bio čist, sve je bilo u funkciji. Četvrt je zanimljiva, puna sadržaja i dobro prometno povezana s drugim dijelovima grada.

Cons:

Jedina mana ovog smještaja je tramvajska pruga ispred njega. Mene nije smetalo, a za one osjetljivije, tu su čepići za uši koji vas dočekaju u sobi.

Superbe appartement simoke et confortable côté court

Cons:

L hôtel est bien placé à 15 min à pieds des transports métro et s bahn .Un tramway passe devant l hôtel toutes les 10/
15 min en semaine .Moins fréquent en week end et le soir . il y a aussi un bus assez frequent
Le soir dans ce quartier les rues sont peu éclairées (décision de la commune) et je ne me sentais pas toujours à l aise en rentrant même si je n ai eu aucun problème de sécurité.
