Super schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft in sehr kurzer Entfernung zum Meer
Pros:

Luca ist ein super netter und absolut hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Bei jeder Anfrage war er sofort zur Stelle. Die gesamte Anlage ist super gepflegt und in Schuss. Für unsere 1,5 jährige Tochter gab es viel zum spielen, sodass wir sie auch innerhalb von Haus und Garten gut beschäftigen konnten. Die Lage ist top, da der kostenfreie Strand ist nur 100 m entfernt ist und sich dort für Kinder ein Spielplatz und für die Eltern eine Strandbar befindet. Die unterkunft ist daher auch super für Familien mit kleinen Kindern geeignet.
Weiterer Pluspunkt ist die Möglichkeit das eigene Auto auf dem Gelände zu parken.
Alle absolut empfehlenswert.

Davvero molto ,molto bello.

La struttura,veramente molto bella ,e confortevole .
Pulita ,tutti i dettagli molto curati .
Luca ,il responsabile della struttura è una persona gentilissima e sempre disponibile ad ogni esigenza , iniziando dalle risposte ai messaggi inviati prima del soggiorno,risposte veloci ed esaustive.
Consiglierei,questa struttura ad occhi chiusi ,dia per la bellezza del residence,per la sua posizione e soprattutto per l’estrema disponibilità e gentilezza del personale .

Pros:

Very clean bed linens, really nice garden and pool area to relax with view of the mountains. Many shops to do groceries, very friendly host and toys for kids available in the garden.

Cons:

Close to the beach but quite long bus ride to the train station (25min). The beach line was not so nice, busy road and beach mostly not visible from the sidewalk due to houses being just on the beach line. Some furniture should be repaired (door in the kitchen cupboard not closing correctly) and we were missing sponge and dish soap in the kitchen (no dishwasher).

Einfach gut.
Pros:

Ich kann mich den positiven Schilderungen vieler anderer Gäste voll anschliessen. Das ganze Gelände und die Apartments werden sehr sorgfältig sauber gehalten und gepflegt und die Eigentümer sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz liegt an einer Seitenstrasse und die Parkmöglichkeiten auf dem Gelände sind ausreichend.
Die Wohnungen sind klimatisiert und die Fenster mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet.
Im Umkreis von wenigen Kilometern gibt es grosse Supermärkte und viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Weg zum öffentlichen Strand beträgt circa zwei hundert Meter.

Cons:

Man hört nachts gelegentlich den Verkehr, trotz geschlossener Fenster, von der Uferstraße her. Vor allem Motorräder die mit zum Teil mit deutlich überhöhter Geschwindigkeit fahren, ihr Lärm dringt dann trotz der guten Fenster in die Wohnung.

Erholsame Strandferien in top Apartment.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft hatte eine top Ausstattung. Viele Möglichkeiten zum draussen sitzen und geniessen. Die Küche war für 2 Personen ausreichend mit Utensilien versorgt.
Die Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück ist ein grosser Pluspunkt. Auch die Nähe zum Strand von ca. 2min Fussweg ist perfekt.
Super Apartment für erholsame Ferien in ruhiger Lage!
Ebenfalls ist der Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend und stehts hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Perfect location .just on the beach just in the town.. advice is use the free beach just 5 minutes of the road and ask Luca for adding you need he is exceptionally helpful.. Lucca is a genuinely nice person and his apartment are fantastic... We had a great stay .

Cons:

Everything the grounds the location the staff. even the coffee from the coffee machine was really good.. I have no hesitation in recommended appartment stella.

Pros:

The heated pool was great, there were enough lounging places all around the residence, the staff was super helpful, you can even wash your clothes, use bikes to get around, a free beach is very close by, gelateries and restaurants super close, very easy to access highways, beautiful views from the rooftop. Some of the rooms are wheelchair accessible, they even have mobility aid equipment on the property, we asked for a scale for our luggage and it was brought in our room. There was full size fridge, cooking utensils and dishes. Luca was super friendly and helpful. Free parking on the property, even charging dock for electric cars.

Cons:

The sink leaked in our room, but didn't disturb us much

Great place for anyone wanting a few days at the beach
Pros:

The family management team were fantastic - super friendly and very helpful w local recommendations. This Residence is really close to the beach and to the town for coffee shops, shops and restaurants. There was a great market on Friday morning. I was teleworking all day on the free WIFI and it worked fine.
