Clean, well-appointed flat in very good position in St Anne’s.
Pros:

Great little flat/apartment in the centre of St Anne’s, 2 minutes from the High Street and 5 minutes to the lovely sandy beach. Bathroom with stand-up shower, lounge/kitchenette with microwave & hob, large double bedroom. Spotlessly clean (cleaner calls by every day), well appointed. Fruit, milk and tea/coffee provided on arrival.

Cons:

A few minor niggles. Appreciate the cleaner but she came early every day, perhaps need a Do Not Disturb sign or similar. Lounge a little cramped but comfortable. No oven - microwave has grill but a combi microwave /oven would be preferable. Minor niggles though, generally very good.

Great family stay at Prime Suites!
Pros:

We had a great stay and would happily recommend this apartment. The hosts were friendly and helpful throughout, and the check-in and check-out process was very straightforward. All the details were sent in advance and were clear and easy to follow. The apartment was easy to find, and the free on-site parking was a fantastic bonus. The hosts also kindly allowed us to park a few hours before check-in, which was a huge help as we were travelling with our one-year-old. The apartment itself was clean, quiet, and well equipped with everything we needed. The location is in a fairly residential area (opposite a Jobcentre), but it’s still within easy walking distance of the town centre, making it a convenient base for exploring. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Cons:

We visited in June and the temperature of the apartment was quite hot. A small fan was provided and the windows did open, but we struggled to cool the apartment down on a night.

We would book again as it was adequate and we liked the location
Pros:

Clean but rug looked well trodden and was a dark colour so that was a bit of a turn off

Cons:

The rug and the shower took a long time to warm up and the flow was poor. The clothes rail was poorly positioned ie couldn’t hang anything long.

Excellent location and communication
Pros:

Great accommodation , spotlessly clean. Nice little touches with tea,coffee, biscuits. Plus the milk ready for us in the fridge was an extra bonus. Brilliant location to bars and shops in walking distance of apartment. Beach 5 mins walk away. Can’t fault the apartment it was great in every way. Would definitely stay again in the future as I often come to Lytham. Communication with Prime suites was excellent ever step of the way.

The apartment was perfect for are needs. Parking, location, comfort , cleanliness. Little touches like milk,fruit tea and coffee as well as other things greatly appreciated Could not give this property less than 10/10. Thanks a great couple of days. Pros:

I have stayed at Prime Suites a few times now and cannot fault these apartments. Spotlessly clean,comfortable bed and little extras like milk fruit and tea and coffee really appreciated. Easy check in really good communication from My Suites
