Pros:

Great location right in the centre of the Lytham St Annes
Spacious rooms stayed with two other friends
Lovely and clean and the kitchen was compact but well had everything you needed
Great value for money

Cons:

There were a few stairs, however we were made aware of this and they were well lit and was a small price to pay for the actual price we had paid

St Annes Lytham is a lovely place to visit and Prime Suites is a lovely place with parking everything you need for a stay lovely touches and milk and fruit left for you. Easy check-in helpful staff.

Pros:

Very clean and modern nice little touches like fruit biscuits milk tea and coffee & milk in the fridge
Pleasant staff answered any questions right away on WhatsApp

Cons:

Sofa bed needed to be moved a bit to allow access to the kitchen area and to open the fridge

We can't wait to stay again!
Pros:

The apartment was very homely and clean.
It's in a perfect location, close to Lytham St Annes high street, with bars, cafes and shops.
The beach and pier were also only a short walk from the apartment.

Very close to beach, restaurants and all amenities
Excellent location.
Showed up 20 minutes early, and called and was let in
Friendly, helpful staff

Cons:

Was not an issue for me, but we were the top floor flat which is a lot of stairs for someone with any mobility issues.

Location was good. Entry was easy.

Cons:

No bottled water in the fridge. Kitchen/sitting room was tiny. Was expecting a little bigger. Felt claustrophobic and had to leave.
