Great location
Pros:

Very close to beach, restaurants and all amenities
Excellent location.
Showed up 20 minutes early, and called and was let in
Friendly, helpful staff

Cons:

Was not an issue for me, but we were the top floor flat which is a lot of stairs for someone with any mobility issues.

Wouldn’t stay here again. Not for me.
Pros:

Location was good. Entry was easy.

Cons:

No bottled water in the fridge. Kitchen/sitting room was tiny. Was expecting a little bigger. Felt claustrophobic and had to leave.

Very nice accommodation in close proximity to St Anne’s
Pros:

It was very equipped with a fruit bowl, choice of biscuits and the ground floor flat was easily accessible. Big bed and a nice shower too.

Cons:

The amount of emails I received in regard to the booking. It was overwhelming.
The apartment is right next to St Anne’s, so handy for there, but not as close to Lytham st Annes as we wanted.

Excellent accommodation which offers really good value for money
Pros:

This property is excellent. It’s in a wonderful central location, is fitted out to a high standard and has lots of lovely little extra touches, a coffee maker, coffee capsules, fresh milk and water etc.
it’s very modern and clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend. It should be noted that unless you pay extra for later check-out then the cleaning staff are literally waiting outside the door before you leave but apart from that we couldn’t fault anything .

Pros:

We've stayed at Prime Suites, Design Suits, and Sweet Suites several time and enjoyed every stay. They're clean, comfortable, well maintained, in a good location, near shops and bars and restaurants. This time they had even put us a little Christmas tree and decorations which was a lovely touch.

Cons:

They is nothing we don't like.
