Relaxing stay
Pros:

Not too overcrowded. Nice pool. Fun restaurant on site.

Cons:

There never seems to be an information sheet for things like WiFi passwords, TV channels (which in some cases not available) numbered directions to the units when entering the towers.

Overall would come back again!
Pros:

The concierge was extremely friendly and welcoming! The property was extremely clean and staff was extremely kind and courteous.

Cons:

The construction on site was right next to the pool and it was all we heard while trying to enjoy the views and each other company. The bar was really slow as they only had one person out by the pool.

Disappointed in inability of Esmeralda to take care of problem. Told it was the owner’s problem
Cons:

We could not get in the front gate because they didn’t have our reservation. Waited in 96 degree heat. One of the beds in our unit was not made up. No towels.

It was a great condo, bit had to call maintenance 3 times.
Pros:

Room was clean and perfect for my friend and I during the biker rally. Great view and floor plan.

Cons:

Water was turned off when we arrived, so we had to wait for maintenance to turn it on.Only cold water on the first day until maintenance arrived and made adjustments to the water heater. One of the three toilets would not stop running.

Pros:

Diegos Tiki Bar, pool area, large deck, good sized kitchen and great room with huge glass wall overlooking the pool/beach.

Cons:

Small, single elevator to service the whole building. Many burned out light bulbs throughout the condo., NO HOT WATER (took 2 days for someone to tell us that there was a switch HIDDEN in the hot water closet--should have been turned on prior to our arrival!), No tables around the couches, blind covering one of the sliding glass doors in the great room jammed closed, no dish cloths or general cleaning supplies other than one roll of paper towels and a bottle of dish soap, no way to block light from window in master shower--passage light right outside the shower window shines brightly all night long directly into the master bedroom, whole house music system did not work. Very disappointing for a supposedly high end resort unit. Owner/management needs to spend a little time on site and make (and fill) a list of needed amenities.
NO NOTICE ANYWHERE OF WHO TO REPORT NEEDS OR PROBLEMS TO!!! HOA office was NOT helpful.
Sales office was very helpful but limited in what they could do--but at least they tried. BIG thanks to Jared, Miguel, Bruce, Alejandro and especially Omar the overworked maintenance man.

I would definitely recommend this place!
Pros:

Beautiful place

Cons:

The place was great, I just wish the little refrigerator in the bedroom wasn’t broken. Also, be careful with the channels available because there were adult channels playing without a password.

Nice but not for family
Pros:

Very large spacious condo with very nice touches

Cons:

Drinks and food very expensive for the city and security was very uptight and made it very unwelcoming
