Really love this apartment! So spacious and clean. Very central with secure parking underneath and two restaurants attached to the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We hope to stay again.

Great location opposite John Lewis. Secure parking for £15 a night. Spacious accommodation very well equipped for self catering.
A little noisy from the traffic but that didn’t bother us.

Omdat er een wijn koelkast aanwezig was zou je verwachten dat er in ieder geval ook een goed koffieapparaat aanwezig zou zijn. Dat stelde een beetje teleur. Maar er zijn veel koffietentjes in de buurt.

Thouroughly enjoyed our stay , good location and staff that were very helpful an excellent experience and will be booking again very soon
However , the deposit of £150 was quite steep and also it takes quite some time to transferred back into the bank account, maybe put a hold on it and transfer as you check out .

Love this place staff always amazing stayed with my lad and my little dog very welcoming and safe apartment was amazing my 10 year old didnt want to leave it haha

Location & parking.
Very spacious rooms, clean and polite staff. Great location for night life.
Parking was a little tricky to find and with 3 cars in tow on a main rd was hard to pull in anywhere to ring reception to open gates for us all to get in. We found it was quite noisy at night with traffic when trying to sleep. But as it was only one night it didn’t bother us to much.

Location was great, private parking was reasonably priced, the property felt very secure, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the property itself self was very spacious and comfortable.
Overall we loved the property and it met expectations, if I was going to be picky there were areas of the main bathroom that let it down, mainly edges/rims of the floor to wall junction, the bath itself self had chips/cracks which made it look dirty/worn so took the edge away from ‘posh pads’. Street noise in the lounge in the evening/night was quite excessive, it was to be expected as it’s a city centre location but it was a noisy nights stay and not having blinds/curtains to cover the windows didn’t help to diffuse/block it sounds and privacy.
