Note that dogs are allowed where notice has been given prior to arrival. Posh Pads reserve the right to not let dogs stay if we haven't had notice at least 24 hours before check-in time (15:00).

Excellent place to stay
Pros:

It is q lively place to stay. Located in the centre of liverpool. The facilities are excellent and staff welcoming and always willing to help. Parking is good except for the steep underground slope to get to it

Facilities like dishwasher never worked and no did washing machine. No heating in bedroom, pipes banging and dusty. Sofa uncomfortable. Loud noise when someone closing doors feels like someone in apartment. Dust picture I have added

Amazing 🤩
Pros:

Reception day staff amazing and friendly !! Couldn’t do enough to help us.
Especially Connor amazing team member along with the lady but didn’t catch her name.

Cons:

Evenening staff could be a little friendlier although I wouldn’t want to put up with drunk people either.

Great location! Huge apartment, would stay again but needs some improvements
Pros:

Excellent location for us. We were meeting friends for a birthday celebration in the Hanover Street social which is downstairs and has its own entrance. Apartment was huge! Had everything we needed. Nice clean bathroom with a bath. Well labeled kitchen.

Cons:

The apartment we had felt a bit dark. The carpet in the bedroom could do with a clean and the blinds were dusty. Couldn’t connect our HDMI to the tv.

We had the best stay in Liverpool staying in this complex. Loved it!
