Highly recommend for families with kids
Pros:

First, the Dolomites are simply an amazing place, especially in the fall — beautiful colors and far fewer tourists than in the high season.
As for the place where we stayed, it is a fantastic hotel with a very friendly hostess. We travelled with kids, and they really enjoyed the garden with swings, toys, and animals like chickens and rabbits. Since we were travelling with an electric car, a huge bonus was the 11 kW charging station — every morning we were fully charged and ready to explore the Dolomites as much as we physically could. :)
The apartment was cozy and warm, with all the amenities you might need. We also enjoyed the sauna.
Overall, highly recommended!

Pros:

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung (Nr. 5) im zweiten Stock mit Dielenboden und spektakulärem Blick vom Südwestbalkon; Wohn- und großes Elternschlafzimmer haben Zugang zum Balkon. Das kleine Südostzimmer ist schmal, hat ein weit oben liegendes Dachflächenfenster und zwei hintereinander stehende Betten sowie Stangen an der Wand für Kleidung usw. - dafür ist der Schrank im großen Schlafzimmer sehr geräumig, wo es auch noch ein weiteres Bett / Sofa gibt. Die Küche liegt hinter dem Wohnzimmer, hat alles, was man zum Kochen (und Backen) braucht, und ein nach Nordwesten gehendes hohes Dachflächenfenster. Das Badezimmer ist riesig, mit Badewanne, Toilette, Bidet, Waschmaschine, aber ohne Fenster. Supernette Vermieterin! Preindl ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im unaufgeregten Gsiesertal.

Mini-Detail, das einem bewusst sein sollte, wenn man den guten Brötchen-Service nutzt: Sonntags gibt es keine, vorher lieber ein paar mehr bestellen...

bellissimo soggiorno, ottima struttura
Pros:

la vista eccezionale dal balcone, la tranquillità e la posizione nella valle, la cortesia estrema dei proprietari, la disponibilità di servizi e facilitazioni. anche i caprioli sul prato davanti casa al mattino erano un momento bellissimo e poetico

Ci è piaciuto tutto: la posizione molto tranquilla, gli spazi comuni a disposizione, giardino compreso (molto grande), l'appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario e molto grande, ben curato; la cortesia e la disponibilità dei padroni di casa. Vacanza molto rilassante!

Nice apartment in a peaceful location
Pros:

The host is very nice. The apartment is spacious, clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is very quiet, sound isolation of the apartment is also good. Hiking maps and plenty of other information is available for the guests. There are covered parking places.

Superb
Pros:

Super location for our hiking holidays in area Tre Cime and surroudings. House is very quiet: in this week were all apartements ocupied - and we almost didn´t know about other guests. Very friendly and helpfull landlady! Morning delivery from bakery is worth it.
We were absolutelly satisfied, thank You !
