Piękne widoki i dobre śniadania, ale podejście do gości obniża komfort pobytu
Pros:

Widok z okna naprawdę piękny, a śniadania bardzo smaczne i to zdecydowany plus.

Cons:

Niestety obsługa, a konkretnie pani, która nas przyjmowała, była pretensjonalna. Przyjechaliśmy wcześniej i chcieliśmy tylko zostawić bagaże, żeby nie tracić dnia do godziny 16. Zamiast normalnej zgody lub odmowy pojawił się problem oraz propozycja zabrania nam dokumentów do czasu zameldowania, co było dla nas niekomfortowe.

Kolejna nieprzyjemna sytuacja dotyczyła ceny padł komentarz, że dzięki zniżce na Bookingu zapłaciliśmy „za mało”, a także sugestia, że nie powinniśmy ogrzewać pokoju klimatyzacją. Jest styczeń, wieczory są chłodne i takie uwagi wobec gości są po prostu nie na miejscu.

Na minus również kuchnia. Jest dostępna, ale brakuje podstaw: nie ma płynu do naczyń, który trzeba kupić samemu, ani takich rzeczy jak oliwa, sól czy pieprz.

Prysznic jest bardzo ciasny, trudno się w nim swobodnie umyć. Nie ma szamponu ani żelu pod prysznic a jedynie malutka kostka mydła.

W trakcie pobytu byliśmy jedynymi gośćmi, poza obecnością majstra. Mieliśmy jednak nieprzyjemne wrażenie bycia obserwowanymi bo był za drzwiami obok, hałasy, ciągłe krzątanie się i fakt, że podczas śniadania majster został posadzony tuż obok nas, sprawiały dyskomfort i brak poczucia prywatności.

Dla uczciwości dodam, że na plus było podwiezienie nas na prom, co było miłym i pomocnym gestem.

Fantastica vista panoramica su Lipari
Pros:

La vista su Lipari che si gode dalla terrazza è davvero impagabile e la titolare della struttura è una persona disponibile e preparata.

Cons:

È andato tutto bene durante il soggiorno grazie alla disponibilità della sig.ra Annamaria a risolvere prontamente i piccoli intoppi che si sono venuti a creare durante il mio soggiorno presso la struttura.

Pros:

Bella la vista dal balcone, casa immersa nel verde. Buona la colazione. Anna Maria è molto gentile e ci ha dato consigli su escursioni e cose da fare e da visitare.

Cons:

La struttura non è vicinissima dal centro di lipari e la strada da percorrere è in salita e senza un marciapiede. Esiste una scorciatoia che non è indicata nella mappa ma che potrebbe essere meglio tenuta (suggerimento per il comune!).

La doccia è un pó stretta ma per pochi giorni ci si arrangia.
