Uncomfortable bed.
Pros:

Location wise it is good. Rent it for a night for next day flight. The place is quiet and accessible going to moa and airport.

Cons:

The faucets are faulty. Some reviews pointed it out but none were fixed it seem. Room looks clean but with kulob smell. And the bed is creeky. It was just me and my super lightweight aunt but the bed sounds like gonna collapse even with just turning around. Uncomfortable.

My stay is total disaster.
Cons:

Air condition is leaking. Bed is uncomfy and there is a smell on the sofa and bed/pillow covers.

Overall is good aside from the kitchen items
Pros:

The location and its accessibility

Cons:

If they can change the disposable kitchen items, like dishwashing sponges. The extra bed is not comfortable, and the bed is noisy.

Pros:

I like how it's closed to Mall of Asia and restaurants. Everything is accessible. The place is homey as well.

Cons:

The smell from the bathroom was not nice. I hope the owner put some refreshener inside. The area is small as expected but I feel like it wasn't cleaned enough.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional stay! Highly recommended!

We had a highly comfortable and relaxing staycation in Manila! The host thought of everything. We loved the complete guest toiletries (shampoo, soap, toothpaste) and the kitchen setup. Having dishwashing liquid and a sponge was so convenient.

The unit is packed with useful appliances like a rice cooker, water heater, microwave, and electric stove. They even provided a hair dryer, flat iron, and an extension plug! The complimentary coffee, creamer, and sugar were a wonderful touch.

Customer service was top-notch. They are very attentive and quick to respond to any concern. Big thanks to the ate who assisted us so warmly! We will surely book here again when we return to Manila. Thank you again!

Cons:

The unit is already so well-equipped, and adding a working wall clock would make it absolutely perfect for keeping track of time during a relaxing stay!

the stay is okay, its good that the front desk officer still finds way to accommodate us
Pros:

The property owner cancelled my booking the same day of my arrival thru message, so I cant booked another room or hotel due to it still reflects that my booking is still active in the system of Booking.com, and she never replied on my calls and messages
