Tired but functional, great host
Pros:

Bright airy room, floor to ceiling windows, good a/c. Lovely owner ready to chat but only via translator app. She's building a new hotel so this one will finish sometime 2026

Cons:

The area is a downer, the alley is potholed & runs straight onto a major road. If u have a bike or use Grab it's OK. There's coffee & some food left onto main road the 2nd left alley but pretty much need to go elsewhere. I was there 5 days & grew to like it. Crazy local market 10mins walk, tunr right out of alley.
Rooms are tired but functional, if bed too hard ask to change rooms, I did & much better room/bed offered.

Pros:

Хозяйка делает всё возможное, чтобы пребывание гостей было комфортным. Номера не новые, но мы всё равно остались довольны. Мы забронировали номер в 10 вечера, а через полчаса нас заселили в комнату. Еще нам надо было уехать на две недели и нам разрешили оставить на хранение свой багаж. Если будем в Хошимине еще, остановимся тут
