אין קבלה אנחנו נחתנו אחרי 18 שעות בדרכים ולא היה אף אחד שיקבל אותנו אז בקצרה לא קיבלנו את החדר שהזמנו שלוש שעות אנחנו מנסות להבין מה קורה בזמן שאני מנסה להתקשר לבוקינג קום עד שבסוף מישהו ענה אחרי שעה המתנה הוא ניתק את השיחה אחרי 10 דקות עוגמת נפש וזלזול ברמה הכי גבוהה שיש

We found the place a bit too dirty unfortunately. And the apartment was really hard to find, because the building had more or less no signs. But it was cheap, so thats good.
4 things
1. We didn't get informed before arrival about the check-in process. No message regarding room or passcode or anything. So we thought we could check-in on site. It was only after we tried to contact the owner for more than 30 minutes through different options that we got informed that our room wasn't ready yet.
2. Our room wasn't ready until 6:40pm. The check-in was at 2pm so we had to wait all that time out with luggage and we had to change plans for the rest of the day.
3. The washing machine wasn't working and the soap port looked disgusting and we had to clean it. The owner had to call a technician to fix it.
4. There's mold on the bathroom door.
I didn’t find the property
The address is wrong, any taxi apps couldn’t find this property
My taxi driver and me were trying to reach someone by phone but it didn’t work out
So I just spent my money and stayed in another place
Nice area. I have stayed in that room before.
But this time there were some problems. The AC was leaking... Only one cooker was working. The kettle was broken... The batteries in remote control were in rust.
