Pros:

Потрясающий вид из окна. Был утюг и хороший телевизор. По нашей просьбе нам дали дополнительный рабочий стол. Кровать была удобная. Напротив отеля чудесный парк для прогулок.

Cons:

Нет балконов и часто люди курят из окон, запах идет в квартиру. Также сложно сушить постиранные вещи.

В апартаментах нужен ремонт , кровати ушатанные , старые , матрасы жесткие кЦ ( покрасить нужно стены , как-то отмыть кафель , поменять обшарпанные смесители . Лифта два до 40 этажа !!!!! Издевательство , не поеду никогда больше сюда .Из плюсов , вид с 30 этажа , расположение в центре и хорошо оборудованная кухня , но таких отелей в Нячанге - все побережье . Сервиса здесь нет

Better if the apartment has 2 bathrooms.
Pros:

Only the location of the hotel. it is in the central of the city. Near the beach and easy to take local public transportation.

Cons:

This is apartment for rent type. But the disadvantages are:
1 bathroom. Bathroom is very small. The fan in bathroom is very noise when you turn on the light.
Elevators are bad. You must wait for long. The whole building has only 3 elevators.

Pros:

We stayed in this hotel in a family room with two separate rooms for 41 days. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

1. Elevators. While not the hotel's fault, there are only 3 old elevators for 45 floors, often breaking down, and only two are usually operational. They lack air conditioning, and waiting times can be up to 15 minutes.
2. One of the rooms and the living area were placed uncomfortably close to other windows, allowing visibility into and from neighboring spaces. The hotel should consider installing opaque dark curtains.
3. The sofa in the living room is extremely uncomfortable; leaning on it is impossible due to sharp edges on the back. Sitting on it is not practical.
4. The kitchen, though spacious, lacks adequate cooking space. Additionally, the electric stoves heat water very slowly, taking a minimum of 30 minutes to boil water in a pot even on maximum power.
5. The shower is perhaps the most uncomfortable aspect of the apartment, as the showerhead is directly above the toilet.
6. Hot water lasts for approximately 1 minute before turning cold.
7. The room lighting was poorly designed, and even after 41 days, we never fully adapted to which switch controlled what.
