Pros:

Nice house and rooms.
Very clean bed and bathroom (small but clean and handy).
Easy check out.

Cons:

Bus station in front of the hotel. It's not a nice street (but it is close to the center).
Check-in only until 20:00 (after that time probably will be a problem).
Very dusty mirror in the room. (Don't understand because overall the room was very clean).
Miss shower gel and shampoo in shower.

La struttura liberty è molto bella; la camera, il bagno e la cucina erano puliti.

Cons:

Pur avendo pagato il posto auto nel cortile interno, il posto non ci è stato riservato perché hanno ammesso più auto dei posti disponibili. Grosse difficoltà ad entrare e uscire dal cortile interno. Bagno privato fuori dalla stanza, con cattivo odore. Ospite sul pianerottolo rumoroso e che ha lasciato la cucina sporca. Check-in impossibile dopo le ore 20.

Sehr schönes, zentrales Haus am Park
Pros:

Sehr schönes Haus in idealer Nähe zum Bahnhof, nahe zu Innenstadt und Bushaltestellen.

Cons:

Es gab kein Angebot am Abreisetag unser Gepäck bis nachmittags aufzubewahren.

Comfortable and strange at the same time
Pros:

It’s a beautiful boutique property with a beautiful living room.

Cons:

I booked this property through booking.com. I had to arrange with the staff a specific time to check in which I found cumbersome. The property doesn’t have self check in. Upon arrival the staff offered an upgrade which I politely declined but then he said I got it too cheap and how they don’t do it for profit and pushed the upgrade a few times. I didn’t appreciate it, I paid a fair price exactly as displayed on booking.com. Upon declining the upgrade the staff locked the living room, kitchen and provided me access to only the one room and the room had no plates, glassware. He said this is for “safety issues”a Later inside my room I found a note on the wall that says that my room also had access to the kitchen and living room. Upon reaching out , for the next night I was provided access to the living room and kitchen. I felt this behaviour discriminatory and petty.

Pros:

Heel vriendelijk personeel! Er was een klein probleempje met het warme water, maar dat werd direct goed opgelost. Verder een fijne loft waar het lekker stil is, ook al ligt het naast het station.

Nice apartment style hotel for one
Pros:

- Beautiful historical house
- Perfect location but quiet
- Very comfortable bed in the main bedroom

Cons:

- The space design is not very practical
- The bed in the spare room, perhaps a sofa bed, is squeaky und uncomfortable
- No work space in the spare bedroom with a small kitchenette
- No privacy between bathroom and the spare bedroom, as they are separated by a glass sliding door with a gap and no lock
