Personeel was heel vriendelijk. Locatie was prima, zowel strand als winkels op wandelafstand en busstop vlakbij.

We stayed at the hotel for five days and were very happy with the service. Mr. Tahsin was very helpful, gave us all the information we needed, and made our stay much easier.

Entertainment for adults and children was brilliant could not fault them all

A fabulous Hotel with very helpful and friendly reception staff ,set in a great location very well kept clean rooms...we shall return!

This was our third stay at the hotel, which says a lot about how much we’ve enjoyed it in the past. Overall, we’ve had a lovely holiday, but there are a few areas where standards have slipped compared with our previous visits.

The cleanliness of the rooms hasn’t been as good as we’ve experienced before, and on several occasions our room wasn’t serviced properly, meaning we had to request additional towels, pillows and even toilet roll. It wasn’t a major issue, but it did detract from what has always been a very comfortable stay.

The other disappointing aspect was the practice of reserving sun loungers. Although this seems to have become commonplace, it had a noticeable impact on guests trying to find somewhere to relax with many guests unofficially “reserving” loungers and parasols for hours while not actually using them. A clearer policy, and one that is actively enforced, would make the pool area feel much fairer and more enjoyable for everyone.

That said, what continues to make this hotel stand out is its staff. Every member of the team has been friendly and welcoming, but the bar staff (Alicia) and entertainment team (Lukasz & Jan) deserve particular recognition. They work incredibly hard, always with a smile, and genuinely create such a warm, fun atmosphere. They are a real credit to the hotel and have been a huge part of why we’ve still had such an enjoyable holiday.

We hope the hotel takes the comments about housekeeping and the sun lounger situation on board, as these are areas that could easily be improved. We’d love to see the hotel return to the high standard we remember from our previous stays, and we’d certainly consider returning again.

We have just arrived home from a fantastic week staying at the Globales Aptos Costa de la Calma. It was the perfect spot for us as a family of 5 with young children ranging in age. The large pool catered for our older children while the kids pool was perfect for our toddler. Angel and the staff were all incredibly warm and friendly. Our boys loved the entertainment that was on throughout the day. Jan and Lukasz are a fantastic and friendly duo with the kids and kept everyone entertained! 🤩

The hotel was just the right size for us. Not over crowded, never had to fight for a lounger or seat at a table. The location is a quieter spot but that suits us. A little bit of a walk to the square for a meal or evening out or hop on the bus at the end of the street. They do not have evening entertainment but that didn't really bother us as the kids were usually exhausted by 8pm. Overall a really good atmosphere 👌🏻.

The apartment we stayed in was a really good size, very clean and well kept. We got beds made and clean towels daily. Bins emptied, etc.

We have had such a lovely week that we are considering returning next year!

Hotel was so clean and lots of space in a room for four people. Air conditioning worked really well. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Pool was absolutely gorgeous and was the highlight of the trip.

La struttura si trova a 25 minuti di macchina dall’aeroporto e facilmente raggiungibile. L’hotel non dispone di un parcheggio proprio ma intorno la struttura che la possibilità di parcheggio non a pagamento. Staff molto accogliente e disponibile h24 . Le stanze sono molto minimal, letto molto comodo. Se non cercate il lusso ma una struttura ben attrezzata prenotate subito soprattutto se avete dei bimbi piccoli.

Came for two weeks this year and have came previously for a week 3 years ago, the best holiday and so much entertainment for kids! Staff so friendly rooms are beautiful! An ideal place to stay with kids or even just with friends as all entertainment is for everyone! Such a perfect holiday we had and will return every year!
