Pros:

All' arrivo non ci sono indicazioni verso la struttura in comproprietà con un ristorante invece di buon livello.

Cons:

Sgradevole e per chi ha problemi con gli insetti(blatte) addirittura traumatico.
Appena arrivati dopo aver cenato in un ristorante locale pronti per andare a dormire abbiamo trovato una blatta di oltre 5 cm che passeggiava comodamente sul letto matrimoniale la quale del nostro arrivo è volata su una parete per poi andare a nascondersi nel sottotetto che è pieno di fori che contornano tutta la stanza da letto. Inoltre all'apertura delle lenzuola e federe abbiamo riscontrato tante macchioline di sangue per tutti i letti diversi peli e capelli sparsi all'interno delle lenzuola soprattutto sui cuscini la caffettiera con ancora il tufo del caffè dei precedenti ospiti all'interno.
Nel del bidet c'erano peli pubici, non era stato pulito con la dovuta attenzione evidentemente.
Dopo una notte da incubo con moglie e figlia terrorizzate dagli insetti liberi di scorazzare per tutta la casa al mattino siamo scappati in un'altra struttura che durante la notte abbiamo prenotato. Consigliato solo a un entomologo senza famiglia.

Pros:

Siamo arrivati alle 4 di notte per ritardi aerei, il proprietario ci ha accolto nonostante l'orario. Apprezzato.
Ristorante di qualità, con piatti tipici.
Tranquillità (non c'era nessun altro a gennaio a parte noi)
Vicinanza alle attrazioni di san vito.

Cons:

Appartamento umido, ho dovuto richiedere il cambio asciugamani e un mocio per pulire (arrivato con molta calma). Le stoviglie per cucinare non erano adatte per 4 persone (quelle non sono arrivate purtroppo).
I piumoni vecchi di ripiego macchiati non sono di buon gusto

All in all it was sufficient and acceptable for our heeds I.a good location so would recommend it fora short stay.
Pros:

Location. Free parking . Next to a lovely restaurant. Peaceful until the sheep arrived in the morning .
Air conditioning.

Cons:

No toiletries .
Only one roll of toilet paper provided for 4 adults .
Toilet seat broken .
Needs more lighting towards entrance to the property .
Not easy to find , neads better signage .

Pros:

Appartamento molto grande e comodo. Parcheggio gratuito disponibile presso la struttura. Autonomia nel check-in e check-out. Disponibilità dell’oste. 15 min dal centro a piedi.

Cons:

Assenza di bagnoschiuma e shampoo nel bagno. Finestre che affacciano direttamente sul ristorante che non permettono di aprire le napoletane. Ruggine sia in bagno che in cucina.

Parcheggio comodo

Cons:

Bagno senza finestre con aspiratore poco funzionante, doccino della doccia che non si tiene e cade giù, sciacquone che sciacqua ma non scarica la carta e tutto il resto rimaneva nel water.
Cucina spoglia, neanche dei tovaglioli.
Ci sono due padelle sporche .
Area barbecue inesistente , c è solo un barbecue arrangiato.
Antenna dei cellulari sopra la testa.
Dalle foto sembra molto bello ma c è bisogno di manutenzione, specialmente per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato.
