The location was superb

Cons:

The parking was terrible.
We have 2 family with 2 cars.
We stayed at Tower 1 with 1 given car park at L2, while the extra car needs to be paid for RM25 per stayed, but the biggest issue was the parking is allocated at different tower, Tower 2 n different floor(L6)😨
Imagine how difficult for the family to take lift up and down from the apartment.

Please look after your front desk staff, as they represent your company.
Pros:

The house was very comfortable and nice. The location is also very strategic, with many restaurants nearby that are within walking distance.

Cons:

The house and facilities were very good. However, the front desk Malay guy (I don’t know his name) had a very strong body odor when I picked up the keys from him. It was quite unpleasant and even made me feel dizzy. I hope management can look into this and make sure the front desk staff are more presentable.
