Pros:

I love the top view of Genting Highlands, especially away from the renovation areas because it’s quite noisy during the day.The bedroom,kitchen & living room was great,clean & comfortable.

Cons:

I would like to suggest extending the check-out time to 12:00 PM, as 11:00 AM feels a bit early.Also, providing two floor mats per bathroom door...instead of one and extra trashbag would be a great improvement for guest comfort.

Reasonably good
Pros:

Clean and comfy

Cons:

Video game, internet connection was terrible, kitchen utensils were clean and quiet new. Overall facilities were good.

Pros:

The stay was considered ok, but view is only buildings, no nice view

Cons:

Had to wait exactly 3pm to check in. the management team and the stay location is 2 different location, no WhatsApp inform, I didn't realised there is notification in apps, parked at geo38 and walk all the way to and flo just to get keys and return key when check out..

Pros:

Good location near to restaurant & other grocery. Clean room, all facility in room nice to used by family. Recommend room manage by BYON. TQ

Cons:

No instruction on how to used all things in this room, washer-dryer and stove to cook. No extra dustbin bag in room if dustbin already full. Parking lot is dark no light was switch on if the area already dark only auto turn on at 7pm. Swimming pool is cold. The bridge from geo38 to Geo hotel not enough light.

everything was very good and clean but some of the things je kurang like sliding door, or sinki bilik air sumbat...tpi pape pun this is the best place every i like healing myself here

Please improve the cleanliness.
Pros:

I really like this house. It’s very beautiful and perfect for my content shooting since I travel for work.

Cons:

There’s one issue that makes me hesitate: cleanliness.

There is a noticeable bad odor in the house, and it’s quite uncomfortable. I also felt unsure about the comforter, bed, and towels I used because they had an unpleasant smell. The most concerning part was the master bedroom connected to the balcony. It had a strong urine-like odor. When I tried to locate the source, it seemed to be coming from the mattress.

Luckily, the unit has two bedrooms, so I slept in the other one. I think cleanliness, especially regarding the odor, really needs improvement as it is quite serious.

If this issue had not been present from the first day of my stay, I would not hesitate to return here again for my content shooting in the future.
