A very welcome short holiday which exceeded all our expectations.
Pros:

Very quiet location. External noise was almost non-existent. Noise from adjacent apartments, What noise? Absolutely none. We were on the third floor of 7 floors. There was NO noise transmission. Well presented apartment block. The gym was equipped satisfactorily. The pool was clean, but we did not use it! Personal allocated parking underground and undercover.
The manager and manageress were both caring and helpful, especially as we had a car accident which meant we missed our first day. So after asking at the last moment for an extra day in the same apartment, Our wonderful manageress was so helpful and our request was granted.
The outlook was really great. Ocean views.

Cons:

A bit difficult for us oldies to walk to the beach. But that is what a car is for!

Pros:

Could be 6 stars if I could rate that. Clean furnishings, tastefully done, utensils galore, large space, free upgraded apartment with much thanks. Quiet area at Ballina East just minutes walk to beach and lighthouse. Fish and chips nearby cheap and good. Staff kind. Apartment clean.
