Accommodations met our vacation needs.
Pros:

Fantastic location. Did not need to rush out and shop for toilet paper, dish detergent etc. even coffee was provided. Compact, clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels and bedding. Plenty of hot water!

Cons:

No outdoor facilities like barbecue or area where to socialize with friends or family.

I would absolutely start there again.
Pros:

Walked out your door and only a few steps to the beach. Closes to the pier and all the shops.

We had no idea on how to access our room without human contact. Luckily another vacationer in the driveway helped explain process. I could have reached out through the contact information, but we didn’t think of it.

Emplacement en bord de mer, bien entretenu et d’une grande propreté.
Pros:

Nous avions réservé une chambre pour deux adultes et un enfant de 13 ans. Celle-ci comprenait un lit queen et un divan-lit ce qui nous convenait parfaitement, n’étant pas vraiment difficile sur ce point.
Chambre et équipements très propre et de bon goût. Beaucoup de produits nettoyants laisser sur place. La salle de bain est très propre et bien entretenue. Dans les chambres, ils laissent/prêtent des petites planches pour s’amuser dans les vagues. Un belle petite attention. On s’y sentait très à l’aise dès notre arrivée.
Pas de balcon (rez-de-chaussée) mais 2 chaises et une table à l’extérieur.
Directement sur la plage. On marche moins d’une minute et nous avons les deux pieds dans le sable.
Maximum 15 minutes de marche pour se rendre aux manèges et attractions.
Dépanneurs (donc un qui offre de bons déjeuners) à 2-3 minutes de marches, sur la rue principale
Acceptait les animaux quand on a réservé.

Cons:

Mon intention était de partager le divan-lit avec ma fille et de laisser le lit à mon conjoint, qui a le sommeil léger. Malheureusement, le divan-lit était en très mauvais état : le matelas était extrêmement mince et mou, au point qu’un adulte ne pouvait pas y dormir confortablement. Ce type de couchage pourrait convenir à un très jeune enfant, mais certainement pas à une personne adulte. Il serait vraiment à remplacer. Il y avait seulement une couverture mince pour la personne qui occupait le divan-lit. On a utilisé le recouvre-divan comme seconde couverture.
Deuxième point : lors de la réservation en ligne, la chambre (unité 6) était annoncée avec une « vue sur mer ». En réalité, la vue donne sur la rue et sur le stationnement de la cour intérieure. Comme la chambre est au rez-de-chaussée et que notre fenêtre principale était du côté «rue», nous avons dû garder les rideaux fermés en permanence, car les passants pouvaient regarder directement à l’intérieur en marchant. Mais ceci ne nous a pas trop dérangé puisque nous étions surtout à la plage ou à l’extérieur durant notre séjour.

We will stay here again, the landlord person was easy to get a hold of and communicate with.
Pros:

Clean, had everything we needed, and was literally less than 2 minute walk to put my chair down on the beach. Property was very easy to access and convenient to everything we needed.

Cons:

Shower is a very small and tight stand up shower, but the water pressure was great.
The parking spots are labeled like someone went space to space blindly drawing #’s.
Floors are not very well insulated, I could hear every step and movement the people above us made.

Great location. Just steps away from the beach. Quiet street. I had my own assigned parking spot. Within walking distance to the pier. Linens, towels etc were provided. It was nice not to have all that extra laundry to do when I got home. I would definitely stay here again.
