Die Anlage ist schön gelegen. Von unserem Zimmer hatten wir einen herrlichen Blick auf den Fluss. Die Anzahl der vor uns startenden Flugzeuge war überschaubar und hat uns nicht gestört. Die Kommunikation mit der verantwortlichen Dame war sehr gut. Da sie nicht da war, als wir kamen, hat sie uns die Schlüssel hinterlegt und wir durften uns sogar ein Zimmer aussuchen. Da wir eine ebenerdig Dusche wollten, bekamen wie sogar anstatt ein Appartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern 2 Appartments zum selben Preis. Wirklich sehr zuvorkommend und großzügig. Die Appartments waren ansprechend ausgestattet.

Cons:

Die Anlage ist absolut renovierungsbedürftig. In eines unserer Apartments hat es nach stärkeren Regenfällen reingeregnet und eine Wasserlache stand auf dem Boden. In jeder Ecke fiel uns der Sanierungsstau auf.

- die Betten sahen zwar nicht so aus, waren aber sehr bequem
- die Lage war super (Blick aufs Wasser & Spielplatz)
- Preis/ Leistung passt
- großer Balkon

Cons:

- die Einrichtung ist nicht abgestimmt und der Tisch auf dem Balkon war zur Hälfte defekt
- Flughafen gegenüber; was uns aber nicht sehr störte, da wir Frühaufsteher sind

Die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt, die Dame von der Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und der Ausguss in der Küche gluckert auch in der Nacht ohne das man ihn benutzt hat. Wir haben auch nicht bedacht, dass der Flughafen gegenüber ist und das es daher zwischendurch laut ist.
Im Zimmer der Betten ist es etwas stickig.

Låg nær sjøen,hadde toppene på trærne vært stusset ned,kunne vi sett solen lengre

Soverommet,lite koselig,to enkle senger,verken nattbord eller nattlampe. Det skal så lite til med litt mer pynt/,teppe/puter for å gjøre leiligheten litt mer koselig
