Above a karaoke bar that's opened until 3am. And we stayed there on a Tuesday.
Pros:

Although the apartment is spacious and pretty comfortable, It shouldn't be put up for booking, as you are going there to sleep and you can't.

Cons:

Honestly, it felt like we were in the room with the people in the karaoke Room!

The accommodation was not like that in the photos. They decorate the house with nice things for the photo session to catch your eye.

Also, we did not receive the same accommodation as that in the pictures.

Although, from what we've seen, that's the standard for most apartments in Kuala Lumpur, with fake photos and offering different apartments.

Great place to stay while my house was under renovation

Good location to move to the planned destination.
There a red many restaurants and a supermarket

Cons:

As switch for calling lift does not work, I took staircase. It should be rectified and always maintained to prevent from accident.
It may cause serious problems to disabled persons.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment and were sad to leave. ! It was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with everythin

Apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed – the kitchen was well-equipped with all the essential utensils and appliances, which made cooking easy and convenient. The location was also excellent, close to shops and restaurants and though we didn't use public transport, close to local bus stops and train services + super easy to get Grabs to go further afield from Arkadia main entrance.

Cons:

We had no complaints at all.
