Ok if no other options available during last moment and spontaneous short holiday trip
Pros:

Very good location with free parking if you are renting a car. Supermarket and restaurants 5 mins walking. Its a good budget place if you just need it to sleep there, but wouldn't spend the time too much in there. Easy access and also has a pool.

Cons:

The bed wasn't clean, so I had to lose a few hours around instead of resting while they were working to fix that...
You need to bring your own shower gel and shampoo.
If you're a woman and need to do make up , the light in the bathroom where the mirror is available, is very weak.

Your Home away from Home
Pros:

Everything about our stay was amazing - the apartment was lovely and spacious and had absolutely everything you'd need to enjoy your stay. The apartment was spotless as was the entire complex. The pool area was never too busy and plenty of sunloungers available everyday. Everybody there from the staff to the guests were so nice and welcoming and couldn't have been more helpful. My son lost his phone (thankfully we got it back!) and everybody was so helpful when it came to finding the phone and couldn't have done enough to help us. The pool bar was a lovely area and the food served there was all delicious from what we tasted. The location is 10/10 with Matagorda Shopping Centre literally a 2 minute walk in one direction and the beach a 2 minute walk the other way! My family and I LOVED are stay here. We have already booked in again for next year!

Pros:

Clean & quiet. Iron and beach towels are provided. Beach, Spar mini market, taxi&bus stop Morromar and some restaurants are in walking distance 5-7min.

Cons:

Some apartments have terraces on "street" side close to nearby big hotel - so on early morning and late evening you can hear autobuses and facility cars. It be good to have some disch soap if you want cook own breakfasts etc.

La ubicación y tranquilidad de la zona genial

Cons:

Las camas, almohadas y sofá incomodísimo. No entraron a limpiar ni cambiar toallas ni sábanas en toda la semana, excepto cuando hablé con la señora muy amable para pagar y pedir papel higiénico y me comentó si no habían cambiado las toallas y es lo único que hicieron....
