Una estancia muy agradable
Pros:

La situación, muy céntrico. Cuando llegamos estaba la calefacción puesta y se estaba súper calentito.

Cons:

La zona es de parquimetro y es complicado aparcar. La almohada muy bajita y el colchón podría ser mejor

Pros:

La situation du logement : centre ville, près de la plage, à 7 mn de la gare. La facilité pour récupérer les clés, le contact rapide avec le gestionnaire. La propreté excellente. Jolie décoration. Couchage excellent. Calme du quartier avec commerces de proximité. Logement ensoleillé.

Cons:

L'insonorisation intérieure c'est un immeuble ancien on entend tout. Équipement : prévoir les produits de première nécessité. Manque petit étendoir à mettre dans la salle de bain. Enrichir un peu équipement de cuisine, avoir un petit four multifonction au lieu d un micro-ondes simple. Pour ceux qui ont une voiture pas de parking. Attention pas d'ascenseur.

Pros:

La villa est située en plein centre ville et à 150 mètres de la mer. L'intérieur est bien agencé avec toute la vaisselle.
Par contre un rouleau de papier toilette est insuffisant

Cons:

La maison est un peu vieillotte. Le parquet grince. Les volets sont cassés.
En plus il y avait des travaux en face de l'entrée avec une grosse grue donc du bruit toute la journée

Heureusement que nous séjournions à cette époque de novembre et pas en été

Bien situé dans le centre. Literie confortable.

Cons:

Un peu désuet. Travaux à prévoir. Pas d isolation. Si bien que les voisins qui se chamaillent à minuit sont comme dans votre chambre…..
outre qu il faut trouver parking…. Une grue se tenait devant la porte , gênant pour le moins l entrée dans l immeuble …

Emplacement idéal pour visiter saint jean de luz
Appartement propre et bien décoré
Belle salle de bain

Cons:

Logement et immeuble vieillissant, on voit la lumière de la cage d'escalier a travers la porte d'entrée fissurée dans l'appartement
On entend tout ce qui se passe chez les voisins et dans l'escalier : très mauvaise insonorisation

Juste le frigo qui n’avait pas de lumière et la partie congélateur avait trop de givre ce qui empêchait la fermeture de la porte
