Molto soddisfatta
Pros:

Bellissimo hotel vista lago a due passi dal centro.
Pulito e ordinato.
Bellissima e rilassante piscina al 4 piano dell'hotel con una vista meravigliosa.
Colazione eccellente con prodotti di qualità.
Torneremo sicuramente per più notti

Disappointing
Pros:

Great location. The restaurant, for dinner, was excellent. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Cons:

We needed to be upgraded. The first rooms were dark, outdated, and one of the rooms smelled of mould. The bathroom of one of the rooms flooded as a result of the overnight rain. We found it difficult to regulate the air-conditioning units. Cleanliness was not great either. Our second night was better, with views and the rooms were airier, although the whole hotel really needs an uplift. The shower in the bigger suite did not work properly: there are two shower heads, and it is not possible to choose one or the other. The swimming pool looks abandoned, with quite a lot of "stuff" scattered around the walls and the garden, and the pool water looks extremely cloudy - we did not go in.

La dame du petit déjeuner est très réactive et souriante.
La literie est très bien.

Cons:

Les équipements ,comme la douche par exemple , doivent être rénovés. La piscine était trouble et froide.

Fint och hemtrevligt

Cons:

Inga solstolar vid poolen, endast massa café stolar. Solstolar finns en bit ifrån, men med barn vill man ligga nära.

Un hotel perfetto
Pros:

Tutto, dalla posizione, allo staff gentilissimo che risolve tutti i problemi. Il ristorante è eccezionale e la signora Maria ti fa sentire davvero a casa, davanti a piatti spettacolari e molto saporiti. Ci tornerei subito. Anche la colazione è super abbondante.

Nulla, è andato tutto benissimo

Hotel molt familiar.
Pros:

Es la segona vegada que hi anem, ens agrada l’hotel per la seva ubicació, que pots anar amb gossos i que te piscina. Els gossos poden pujar a la piscina i entrar al menjador per fer l’esmorzar.

Realy good location. Rich breakfast as for Italy. Big room with balcony. Swiming pool on the roof with view to Garda lake (despite already needs renovation). Colm and not overcrowed.
