El lugar es muy comodo , tenia lo necesario y c9n terraza buena
Location was ok.
Very strange set of 3 doors to get into our room with an outer door that locks from the inside with a key. If there was a fire you'd need your key to exit the building. Bathroom mirror splattered with toothpaste. just 25k lights in main space. No bedside or task lighting, even the most basic. TV remote had volume and channel change reversed. Office completely unattended all day Saturday, locked. Cleaning staff knocked on our door at 11a to get us to check out while we finished packing, but posted time is 12p. Bed bugs bit us and we awoke with red welts with dark centers, characteristic of bed bug bites. Needed hydrocortisone for the irritation and I am not sensitive to bug bites normally.

En 2022 me hospedaba constantemente en este sitio y me encantaba todo, la comodidad, la limpieza, la seguridad y la atención.
Regrese en 2025...y la verdad todo está deteriorado, el tiempo pasó y simplemente no dieron mantenimiento, encontramos las puertas de entrada y la habitación abierta, papel de baño a la mitad, muebles corroídos, sábanas todas arrugadas y con pelos, almohadas todas deteriorada, clima que apenas y encendía y polvo de a montones en el ventilador. La verdad, ni nos quedamos, avisé a administración y solo me dijeron que no aplicaba reembolso porque según ellos me habían entregado todo limpio y cerrado, decidimos entregar la llave y no quedarnos. Fue una desilusión total, porque de verdad amábamos este sitio.

Le logement n'est pas très loin du parc de la Marimba et il y a de la musique et de la danse tous les soirs à 19h. La chambre est spacieuse et correcte.
Nous avons pu arriver en avance pour déposer nos sacs.
Il manquait du papier toilette et ce n'était pas simple pour restituer les clés à la fin du séjour.
Everything was sparkling clean and the bed was big and comfortable. The views from the shared terrace are great!
The shared rooftop terrace was very nice. The room itself was nice and big, for a hotel room. Location was pretty close to the bus station.
It was not an apartment, just a big hotel room. Bathroom didn’t have a toilet seat. There was a cooler full of old beer cans left in the room. No cleaning, no staff whatsoever.
Comfy bed, good shower with warm water, great roof top terrace for hanging out!
Maybe having a few plates / extra glasses would have been handy!
Unfortunately due to the negative points. There isn’t much to consider.
The apartment is nice and big with enough space, the fridge is appreciated however something to heat up food would be perfect.
We got BED BUGs, many bites for just one night stay…
Hopefully the situation will be clarified by the owners
