Important information:

Reception opening hours vary throughout the year. During July and August, reception is open from Sunday to Friday between 09:00 and 12:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00, and on Saturday from 08:00 to 20:00. In May, June, September and October, reception is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00, and Sunday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00. During winter, reception is open daily from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00. Guests planning to arrive outside regular check-in hours are kindly asked to contact the property in advance.

The price includes accommodation, bed linen, bathroom linen, household linen (one bath mat and one dishcloth), a cleaning kit, basic WiFi access for up to five devices, charges and taxes (excluding tourist tax and application fee), access to the pool area, playing fields (excluding tennis and archery), and standard entertainment such as fitness sessions, contests and parties. End-of-stay cleaning is included, excluding dishes and the kitchen area. If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe specified in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges. Credit card is the only accepted method of payment.

The heated outdoor swimming pool and children’s pool, located near the Calade restaurant (270 m², 1.60 m deep), are open from April until the end of the Toussaints school holidays. The aquatic area is accessible throughout the season with an access card and is open from 1 May to 15 September. Slides, the wave pool and the jacuzzi are open from 15 June to 15 September. Activities around the pool are operated independently from Pierre & Vacances services.

The residence accommodates vehicles up to 2.10 m in height. Access is prohibited for motorhomes, caravans, mobile homes, tipper trucks and similar vehicles.

Please note that the La Calade pool is currently not heated due to a technical issue. The duration of this interruption is currently unknown.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Pros:

Stiamo ancora aspettando la fattura alla ditta Cristina Sport Srl di tutti i soggiorni che abbiamo fatto con voi. Non abbiamo una fattura. Siamo venuti da voi. Siamo stati ospiti almeno tre volte e non mi avete fatto la fattura come ho richiesto a booking e alla reception.

L appartement était spacieux

À cette période , il n y avait rien d ouvert : supermarché , piscine , restaurant … et rien n est précisé sur le site au niveau des dates d ouverture .

All the rest : it was a complete disaster from the beginning to the end: no one at the reception on Xmas eve (and no one had mentioned it from Pierre et vacances). They forgot to send the access code to the keys so unable to access our apartment . No one answering the phone. After 2 hours, finally someone called us to provide the code without apologising : our Xmas eve was completed ruined with our 4 year old child! And then when arriving in the apartment it was only 17 degrees: it took us another hour to understand the heating system. The sheets were discussing with traces of blood among other : a real disaster !!!
