It’s ok for a stop and visiting the Island. we had an apartment in front of the cafe-bar, noisy during the night.

La cuina molt poc equipada, sense cafetera.
Al costat de l' apartament hi havia un bar que tanca tard a la nit i hi havia bastant xivarri.

The location was ideal- a little community vibe. The apartments were very homey. The owner’s son Rodrigo was a true gem!
A spatula in the kitchen is really needed. Some salt, pepper and paper towels would really have been nice. As others have mentioned- there is a VERY busy cafe/bar directly behind the units that is quite loud until 12:30am- but that is not the facility’s fault. Earplugs blocked most of that out.
Just stayed for one night so too short a stay to really do an in-depth review - room was great! very clean and comfortable.
Lots of restaurants nearby but kitchen close early so we had to eat at the McDonalds which was really disappointing.
Costa was incredibly helpful! And the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful as well - they we willing to help us with directions, taxi service and such.
The cafe across the street was very noisy, but it showed the liveliness of the city of Angra and the camaraderie in the neighborhood!
