Uniche cose positive: la posizione. le istruzioni per l'accesso ricevute per email, e camere ben riscaldate

Cons:

Praticamente tutto pessimo: La camera era dotata di doccia ed un lavandino, ma non c'era il wc. Per questo bisogna uscire sul pianerottolo, e trovare la porta dello stesso, è stata difficile, in quando non c'erano istruzioni da nessuna parte e la stessa rimaneva dietro alla porta d'accesso al pianerottolo. Il wc, stretto, angusto e senza riscaldamento. Il secondo giorno, alle 18.00, ho telefonato ai gerenti perchè non c'era carta igienica e la stessa mi è stata portata solamente il giorno successivo nel primo pomeriggio. La doccia non scaricava l'acqua e ci impiegava parecchio tempo, per questo c'era anche odore di stantio in bagno. Sconsiglio vivamente questo alloggio e la descrizione su booking è forviante ed inesatta.

No tiene servicio de limpieza de habitaciones
No tiene ascensor,... etc etc
En resumen, las mismas sábanas y toallas durante los 5 días, 1 solo rollo de papel higiénico, y lo peor la suciedad. La cafetera, el microondas y el menaje de cocina, tenían "vida propia", su propio ecosistema 🤮🤢
El plato de ducha igual, en general insalubre.

Pros:

Es gab wohl einen Wasserschaden in der Unterkunft, wovon ich allerdings erst Mitternacht erfuhr, als ich schon vor der Unterkunft stand, und hatte keine Möglichkeit, mich selbst umzubuchen. Die Vermieterin buchte mich bei einem Freund von ihr ein, wo ich eine Nacht verbrachte und aufgrund Hygienemangels am nächsten Tag fluchtartig auscheckte. Eine rigorose Frechheit. Ich habe über 200 € ausgegeben für drei Nächte, wovon ich eine nutzte und alles durchwaschen musste, da ich Angst vor irgendwelchen Ungeziefer hatte.

Rustig, goede geluids-isolatie, schoon, redelijke matrassen.

Cons:

Geen beheerder gezien. Ondanks dat het vermeld staat als hotel is het meer een pension, sleutel zit in een kluisje aan de deur. In de omgeving zit, buiten een café'tje helemaal niks.
