Завтрак отличный, хозяйка даже готовит для тебя что то персонально. Номер уютный, окно выходило в красивый дворик, в номере все было. Постель удобная.

The location was great. A 5-minute walk to Kutaisi Park. The apartment was large with a separate bedroom. The kitchen had the necessary items and a washer. Shampoo and shower gel were provided. There was plenty of hot water and good water pressure. There was a nice seating area outside the room on the terrace. The breakfast was excellent with a huge assortment of items. The shakshuka was delicious. The three ladies were very friendly.

Great location in Kutaisi

Everything in this property was so cozy and nice. Spick and span room, Very friendly host, always treating you part of their house and greeting everytime you go out and come. I had my own private space and the bed was very comfortable.
Is in the excellent location, just 4 mins walk you reach the center of Kutaisi. There are lot of restaurants, supermarket right across the street .
They also prepare breakfast for you if you tell them in advance it's made with so much love. They let you take the extra food inside your room too. I had a wonderful stay, felt home away from home

모든 것이 다 좋아요. 대문 열고 들어서면 보이는 예쁜 꽃들이 많은 정원부터, 깨끗하고 필요한 모든 것이 구비된 객실도 좋구요. 뽀송까실한 시트의 느낌과 탄탄한 매트리스 덕분에 잠도 편히 잘 잤어요.

Wir wurden nett empfangen und das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Bad ist klein, erfüllt aber den Zweck. Das Frühstück können wir nur empfehlen, es ist mehr als reichhaltig, warme und kalte Speisen. Zentrale Lage und das Restaurant 100m bergauf auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite ist sehr gut.

Tout était parfait, ce sont 3 très gentilles dames qui s’occupent de rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible. Un patio bien fleuri,
Chambre spacieuse et lit confortable, petit déjeuner gargantuesque, emplacement au top et très calme, j’y retournerai volontiers.

Отличный отель в Кутаиси. Радом с центром, где обменники, фонтан, парк, макдональдс и куча кафешек. Номер чисты. Дворик засаженный разными видами растений. Скамейки ис толик на улице, где можно срокойно отдохнуть. Всем рекомендую данный отель. Приезжаем уже второй раз сюда.

Isolated yard with rooms deep in the back, at night it's dark and quiet. Friendly dog. Washing machine, good shower. Smart TV works fine.

הדירה היתה נקיה מאד ונעימה. חדרים גדולים ונעימים. מכונת כביסה שמאוד!! עוזרת למי שנמצא כבר כמה ימים בטיול וצריך להתארגן עם כביסה נקיה. צוות נחמד מאד ומוכן לעזור. במיקום טוב ובלב העיר ועדיין שקט, מלא פרחים ונעים

Останавливалась перед перелётом и потом на обратной дороге (вылет из Кутаиси аэропорт)
В аэропорт выезжала среди ночи хозяйка гостиницы позаботилась о трансфере, что удобно. В первый раз забыла одну вещь, когда приехала снова мне любезно возвратили забытую мною вещь, мелочь но очень приятно.
Накормили завтраком, веусным.
Мне всё понравилось.

Very clean rooms and a warm, family-like atmosphere. Great location — close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful. No city noise at all. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment complex ran by a lovely group of ladies which provided very attentive service with an excellent display of language skills between them. Spacious, clean rooms with very reasonable laundry service. The breakfast was exceptional. This would be my go to stay the next time I’m in Kutaisi
