Pros:

The apartment is located near the train station, a 10-minute walk from the historic part of the city. The room was for four people, but 3 stayed there. The room was very clean, the bathroom was good, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was helpful.

Cons:

The room was very cold, the old air conditioner didn't work for heating, there weren't enough dishes for cooking, and only one washing machine was in the common area of ​​the 4-story building.

La casa aveva tutto l’occorrente che serve per il soggiorno
Tanti servizi a disposizione come lavatrice e asciugatrice nella lavanderia condominiale

Cons:

La cosa negativa sono che avendo tante finestre la casa era molto ma molto calda
Sarebbero da cambiare i due materassi nella zona notte
Le tende nella casa erano molto sporche basterebbe cambiarle per dare un aspetto ancora più pulito alla casa

Pros:

Appartamenti a Ravenna collocati in posizione molto buona, si raggiunge il centro con una passeggiata di 10 minuti. Davanti c'è un comodo parcheggio pubblico, per cui si lascia la macchina e si va sempre a piedi. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

The owners is the best :) Very good location if you need to be closure to the central station or old town. Hope to come back again :)

Cons:

Some furnishing, curtains, etc... are need to be renovated. But we didn't care about it at all :)
Wifi didn't work correctly. It wasn't a problem for us.
