Sehr netter Besitzer, wir konnten sogar schon früher in die Wohnung.

Kein Fenster im Bad
Fernseher ziemlich klein und die Boxen unterirdisch schlecht.. das sollte im Urlaub aber nur bei sehr schlechtem Wetter ein Problem sein.
Meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau
Wenn jemand im gleichen Haus zur gleichen Zeit duscht, kommt fast gar kein Wasser an.. da kann man wahrscheinlich aber auch nichts gegen machen.

Absolut netter Vermieter. Jeder Zeit erreichbar.
Das Deluxe Studio ist toll eingerichtet und hat einen kleinen Blick aufs Meer.
Man bekommt kaum was von der Straße vor dem Haus mit.

Strandnähe. Besitzer sehr freundlich und hatte Zeit, die Ausstattung (Geräte) zu erklären.)
Bei Parkplatzsuche geholfen.

Cons:

Messer stumpf, mussten uns neue kaufen.
Wenn Obergeschoss bewohnt ist, leider sehr hellhörig.
Parkplatz weiter weg und extrem teuer.
Unterkunft liegt bei der Größe doch auf etwas höherem Nivau.
