it’s a small studio at a great location that has everything you need for a few days stay so you can explore nearby areas and do some hikes. the place is simple and small but it was comfortable cozy and had everything i needed. there is a microwave and some plates which was quite handy. not sure about the other reviews but when i stayed there it was clean enough although the place could do with a bit of renovations. at this price in alpe di siusi i don’t think you can find anything better.

Nel complesso tutto.
Andrebbe rimodernata la stanza, soprattutto il bagno e il divano letto.
Luštna majhna soba z vsem, kar potrebuješ za krajše bivanje. Soba je opremljena z mikrovalovno pečico, grelcem za vodo in nujnim priborom (žlice, vilice, 2 krožnika, 2 skodelici in 2 kozarca). V sobi je dovolj omar in odlagalnih površin. V celotnem kompleksu je restavracija, savna, igralnica za otroke, bralni kotiček z različnimi knjigami ter velika sončna terasa. Lokacija je super - čisto zraven smučišča in planinskih poti. Iz sobe je pogled na smučarsko progo.
Televizija je zelo majhna. Manjka lučka za branje.

The most i enjoyed in staying in the hotel is amazing roof where great to spend an evening admiring fantastic landscapes.
The host was helpful and always in contact via chat.
The price is very good.
The whole building and the room itself are really outdated. The shower is small. That's a good variant to spent a night, but not comfortable for long stay.
During the rain the wall gets wet.
It's not about the hotel but about entire area: traveling by public transport there are only 2 ways to get in the valley - bus №10 and cable car, 19.5 euro one-way, 28.5 euro round trip for both variants.
Problémy so zástrčkami, na izbe sme mali rýchlovarnú konvicu, ktorej zástrčka sa nedala zapnúť do viacerých zástrčiek, mali sme problém nájsť fungujúcu zástrčku na nabíjačky na telefón.
Celé zariadenie izby bolo veľmi staré a opotrebované, v izbe nebol stôl, len výklopná doska jednej skrinky.
Rozkladacia pohovka bola úzka pre 2 osoby. Nevyhovovala nám 1 prikrývka pre 2 osoby.
Veľmi nepriaznivý pomer cena/kvalita ubytovania. Biedne ubytovanie za vysokú cenu.
Convenient location, easy to check in, advice, walk through the automatic sliding door, go through the big door opposite, get the elevator to the 3rd floor and there will be a receptionist waiting, all staff were lovely and very helpful, room was clean, lots of storage, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, restaurants 5 min walk away, sauna is amazing open 3pm to 8pm, lots of free parking on site. Will be back again and recommend to other people. Thanks yzel and Stephen:)

It is a very convenient location for Alpe di Siusi travel.
It was an independent accommodation, so I was able to relax without being disturbed.
I am very satisfied with the cost-effective accommodation.
The location was excellent even though a steep climb up the hill was required. Staff was outstanding. The meals were a good value and very high quality. Clean, tidy property and rooms made it a good stay.
