Pros:

расположение прямо на склоне супер, но в остальном ужас и кошмар! этот объект напоминает советский пионерский лагерь

Cons:

здание очень старое и давно не ремонтировалось, мебель - ощущение, что собирали с блошиных рынков, пол грязный и очень холодный (без тапочек ходить невозможно), в ванной плесень. не было предоставлено белье и полотенце, о чем нас предупредили, предложив доплатить 100 евро за 4 комплекта за и так довольно высокую цену проживания. в шкафах запах, который пропитал нашу одежду. набор кроватей нестандартный - нет двуспальной кровати, вместо нее раскладной диван в гостинной. кроме того - двухярусная вровать для детей. семье из 4 человек размещаться очень некомфортно. система отопления жутко некомфортная - дует из дыры в стене горячим воздухом (при этом очень шумно) и становится жарко, потом она выключается и очень быстро становится холодно.
хозяин не говорит ни на одном языке, кроме итальянского, что очень затрудняло коммуникацию. мы уехали на день раньше и в ответ на наши претензии он начал просто хамить вместо попытки сгладить ситуацию.
в общем при всей нашей любви к Мадонне-ди-Кампильо отдых был безнадежно испорчен.

Unique location, gorgeous view in cozy and well equipped apartment
Pros:

Location, private terrace overlooking the mountains, well equipped kitchen.

Cons:

A little small for a family of 4, as the sofabed takes up a lot of room. Nevertheless very cozy and comfortable
