Great location of the house, right on one of the slopes! Good underground garage, which fits cars of big size with roof capsules.
Nice friendly stuff, always clean and always looked after.
Skiroom is great to store skies, boots, helmets.
Sauna is of perfect size and quality!

Everything. This was our first trip to the Dolomites. We had a hard time deciding between Villa Funtanes and other nearby properties. We are so happy to have chosen this place. We found the location ideal and quiet. It is located not far from the main street, which is very enjoyable, but busy. The views are fantastic with calming meadow views in one area and soaring mountains in another. The apartment is equipped with everything you need to have an enjoyable stay. We used the kitchen to make breakfast and store perishables for a few days. There is no oven, however there is a stove top and microwave which work well and there is a coffee pot and an electric pot for boiling water. The furnishings are top notch with lovely hewn wooden beams in the living room and gorgeous furniture in the bedrooms. The towels are soft and comfortable as is the bedding. The living room is very comfortable and the balcony has a great view of the sunset and the outdoor furniture is also very usable. We spent the evenings watching the sunset with a glass of wine. The garage is SUPER clean and the elevator very convenient for transporting things from the garage to the apartment. There are other conveniences which we did not use including a sauna, a Turkish bath and a hot tub. We brought a small dog with us and it was very easy to take him outside for walks, etc. It is lovely to see the cows pass in the morning and listen to the tinkling bells. The caretaker of the apartment complex is Sandra. She is responsible for the care of the rooms and the entire place. Everything is spotless and the whole apartment complex smells clean. She is dynamic, available, charming and always has a good recommendation for places to go and see. She really made this trip 110% for us. We will definitely return here and would recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, friendly and convenient place to stay in this beautiful area. Stay here and you won’t want to leave.

The location was perfect. Gorgeous views, convenient to hiking/skiing, and a very quick drive into town. The apartment was spacious and had more than enough room for our family. We only wish we could have stayed longer in Selva di Val Gardena!
