Good location
Pros:

The location is perfect, most lively spot in Yerevan.
The furniture is nice
The view is cool

Cons:

The AC doesn't give cold air (I think it is centrally controlled to reduce consumption).
One of the receptionists is a very nice and helpful guy, the other guy was always not present and difficult to reach.
They need to accommodate early arrivals, one cannot arrive at 1pm and be asked to wait till 2pm... While there is no one checking out and the room is already cleaned.

Home from home in downtown Yerevan
Pros:

The best kitted out aparthotel we have ever stayed at with absolutely everything you need for your stay right down to shaving foam and cotton buds. Nice glasses, cutlery, and crockery. Generous tea, coffee and sugar.
The location was excellent with so much of the city in easy walking distance
The staff were extremely helpful and allowed us to store our bags for the last day. They made the whole experience easy

Cons:

The aparthotel is actually on the 5th floor of a residential block. The instructions on how to get in were not particularly clear

Очень внимательный и старательный сотрудник.

Cons:

Нет классического для отелей такого ценового диапазона и 4☆ холла и рецепшен поста. Туалет в холле не соответствует . Бар, ресторан в отеле отсутствует. Рецепшен размером с конуру. Это точно не 4☆ .

Pros:

The reception staff were very kind, attentive, and welcoming throughout my stay. Their friendliness and professionalism were one of the highlights of the experience.

The room appeared clean upon arrival, and the bedsheets and duvet smelled freshly laundered. The bathroom also seemed clean overall, and the hotel provided all the basic amenities needed for a short stay.

Cons:

Although the room had been cleaned, there were noticeable yellow stains on the bedding and some unusual yellow residue next to the bed. The carpet looked quite worn and, despite appearing clean, did not give the most hygienic impression. The sofa also had visible stains.

There was a persistent smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom. I suspect the odor may have been coming through the ventilation system from another part of the building rather than originating from the room itself.

Sound insulation was poor. I could clearly hear neighboring guests using the shower, running water, and opening and closing doors, which made it difficult to get a restful night’s sleep.

My main concern was security. The room door had only a basic lock and lacked any additional security latch or locking mechanism, which made me feel somewhat unsafe during my stay.

Considering the price I paid, I did not feel the hotel offered good value for money. As a result, I decided to move to a different aparthotel after the first night, which was both cheaper and provided a significantly better overall experience.
