Отличные аппарты с идеальной локацией. Чисто и уютно. В номере есть все для комфортного проживания. Ванные принадлежности - все есть, включая халат. Персонал очень приветливый.

Персоналу следует заглядывать в номер ежедневно ради уборки, не дожидаясь просьб постояльцев.
Pros:

Очень радушная и гостеприимная встреча при заезде. Вежливый персонал. Расположение в центре города, всё в пешей доступности.

Cons:

Необходимо просить об уборке, да и того не было сделано, даже после просьбы. Входной двери в номер как-будто нет, даже шёпот в коридоре слышен (а все гости приходя и уходя хлопают дверьми и общаются в полный голос рано утром и поздно ночью. Официальное время тишины не соблюдается. Окна на Северный проспект, пешеходный «Арбат», со всеми особенностями подобных мест - уснуть сложно, даже с неплохими стеклопакетами.
