Pros:

Замечательные апартаменты, очень удобная кровать и прекрасный набор необходимых предметов. Расположение на пешеходной улице в самом центре Еревана, откуда рукой подать до всех достопримечательностей.
Наш самолет задержали и управляющий Роберт был так любезен, что разрешил нам поздний выезд. Также решались и все остальные вопросы - нам выдали два ключа и хорошо ответили на все вопросы. Если вернемся, то поселимся там же.

Perfect location at the centre. All the major attractions are within 15 mins walk.
Supermarkets are nearby. PARMA could be a good place to stock up and for money exchange.
The manager Robert is very helpful and responsive to all questions.

Pros:

Месторасположение, апартаменты наполнены всем необходимым для комфортного проживания , посуда , гигиенические принадлежности ,чистейшее белье .
Управляющий разрешил остаться подольше в номере чтобы комфортно вещать в аэропорт, это очень любезно, за это отдельное спасибо . Однозначно вернемся !

Не смогли разобраться с пультом 🤣особо и не было необходимости , послушали местный фольклор и больше не включали тв

В апартаментах было все продумано: был зонт на случай дождя, весы, халаты, новые мочалки, бритва, пена для бритья, кофе, чай, тапочки
Модно было ставить номер на обогрев
Местоположение шикарное

Pros:

Локация просто отличная — очень удобное место и хороший дом. Всё рядом. В квартире было очень чисто и уютно, всё аккуратно подготовлено к нашему приезду. Хозяин просто замечательный — очень внимательный, во всём помогал и всегда был на связи. Есть парковка, машину спокойно оставили — всё безопасно. В целом остались очень довольны

The BEST. ! Fabulous location. Delightful staff . Very comfy

It could not have been more perfect. Fabulous location. Robert the manager was always helpful and kind. The apartment was superb with huge comfortable beds and a great kitchen. Perfection !

Cons:

Just check you understand how to get in late at night as the flights land late and we didn’t - the reception is upstairs so you need to call them / 9 to get a response. We nearly missed a fabulous stay !

Pros:

It was as comfort as in 4-star hotel plus useful apartment facilities: kitchenet and washing machine. I was lucky and got the room at the last minute with discount. Not sure if I would took it at the full price.

Pros:

Отличное место , прекрасный персонал, все чисто, продумано до мелочей . Шикарное расположение . Вообщем 10 из 10

Цена качество выше всяких похвал. Внимательный персонал, все аккуратно, чисто , стильно , тихо, несмотря на центр города, нет никаких запахов
