Amazing 10/10
Pros:

Excellent location. Very clean room with amazing water heater and Islamic water sprinkler. The room has everything. Very comfy bed and pillows. Quite room. In a very lively street with everything within a walking distance. We loved our stay. Staff super friendly and super helpful l.

Все было просто отлично . администратор встретил ночью(заранее предупредил при бронировании о своем времени прибытия ) , провел экскурсию по апартаментам . дал несколько советов по проживанию .
в Апартаментах было все посуда , соль и т д , щетки , бритвы , пена для бритья , чай , кофе молотый для турки и сама турка , сахар , халаты , тапочки , порошок для стиральной машинки , даже весы и зонт для плохой погоды .3 санузла , в каждой комнате свой климат контроль что удобно ..
Расположение самый центр , не нужно тратить время на поездки и такси все в пешей доступности . Вернемся снова и всем рекомендуем 👍 Спасибо

Great stay in th centre of Yerevan
Pros:

We had a great stay at Avenue Aparthotel, it even exceeded our expectations. The room was located on the 5th floor of a modern building right in the absolute center of the city. The room was also very clean, well-equipped. The bed and mattresses were excellent, a well equipped kitchen is included, TV with smarrt options for streaming, plus local tv channels.
Also - clean modern bathroom - even some essentials that you don't usually find in standard hotels were provided (umbrella, bathrobe, dental kits, shaving foam/kits, combs, shoe mits etc.). Ironing board too.
The location is unbeatable - app 300 meters away from Republic Square and from the Opera, which are also main starting points for most tour operators heading out of Yerevan.
What needs to be mentioned was definitely the communication of the staff. They were pleasant, proactive and genuinely helpful. The price-to-quality ratio is outstanding (actually a high-end accommodation and service for a very reasonable price).
We had a great weekend here and we are already planning to stay at Avenue Aparthotel again in the near future. Recommended!

Cons:

One night the building was cordoned off due to a visit from an unpopular high-ranking US official and the police were quite obnoxious. However, this was not the hotel's fault in the slightest.

Pros:

Понравилось в первую очередь месторасположение, отличное. Рядом все достопримечательности. Номер уютный, на кухне есть все необходимое. Есть большой современный смарт-тв с Ютубом. Чистота. Вежливый персонал. Я бы посоветовала этот отель друзьям.

Cons:

Не понравился шум из коридора - звукоизоляция между дверьми в номер и ресепшеном почти отсутствовала. Было слышно как приходят-заходят, хлопают дверьми соседи, разговоры на ресепшене. Возможно это было связано с расположением именно нашего номера - он был ближе всего к коридору.

Amazing apartment at exceptional location
Pros:

The location of this property is exceptional right in the middle of the center with walking distance to everything around. The view from our apartment was amazing. The rooms were big and comfortable with fully equipped kitchen. The staff were really friendly and helpful both Eric and Robert helped out in every way. Definitely recommend as a stay

Parking had to be paid for. They have a discount for people staying in the apartment
