Pros:

Um bom apartamento, uma vista incrível do corredor.

Cons:

A localização. Ushuaia é cheia de altos e baixos e o hotel fica num local muito alto e longe do centro. Para um deslocamento a pé é muito difícil.

I'd stay here again but be better prepared and pack some extra items for kitchen.
Pros:

This apartment has a great view (get 3rd floor) of the Beagle Channel and Ushuaia center city. Out back you can see the Martial range as well. Views are obscured on lower floors. The location was very "local" on Route 3. Sometimes traffic was moderately heavy, but mostly pretty light. For us the location was excellent for cycling out to trail heads and then hiking. Although the sidewalks of Ushuaia need serious upgrades to its sidealks, it was very easy to walk down to the city center and all around the inner part of Ushuaia. It's easy to hail a taxi up here too, despite being away from the center of Ushuaia. There are plenty of nearby small shops for all the food you need, and Ushuaia has an array of fresh fruits and vegetables available, which was great for an extended, healthy stay.

Cons:

The price was fair on paper, but the insides of the apartments were a bit dingy and the bathroom had a bad odor. This has something to do with ventilation. The wifi was decent but sometimes the internet was very slow. The ambiance of the common area was not very attractive. The kitchen should have been better stocked with cooking utensils and at a minimum things like salt, pepper, more dishrags, and other things you would expect in a furnished apartment. It was very minimal and we had to purchase a few items to cook properly. The walls are thin so be aware if you get loud neighbors. Smoking should be banned from the front balcony, as the smoke drifts into neighboring apartments. Very annoying and inconsiderate.
