Très bonne relation wattsaps avec l’hôte, le lieu est très joli. J’ai malheureusement casser une clé dans la serrure car

Un lugar a 500 m de todo
Pros:

El lugar está a 600 m de la playa y 500 m del centro. En general tiene buena ubicación, además de que ofrece tours y servicios a buen precio. La estancia tiene una pequeña cocinita con hervidor eléctrico de agua, refrigerador, tazas y platos. También cuenta con ventilador y aire acondicionado. Si necesitas taxi para trasladarte, el personal del hotel te puede apoyar en solicitarlo.

Cons:

Estuvimos 3 noches pero no hicieron servicio a la habitación, por más que nos enjuagáramos los pies, se mete arena, entonces era un poco incómodo que el piso estaba lleno de arena.

Ubicación perfecta y buena calidad-precio! 10' desde el ferry, 5' al centro, 3' playa, 15' hacia un lado Punta Coco, 25' a Punta Mosquito. Ubicado en zona local, de todo, frutería, despensas, comida buena y muy buena y barata. Holbox tiene para todos los gustos, y desde aquí se puede acceder a todos!

Pros:

Me ha encantado la limpieza, el aire acondicionado, el hecho que había bastante espacio en el cuarto y hasta mini cocina con fregadero, nevera y microondas. Aunque para cocinar se tenía que ir a la parte de afuera de la habitación. Pero aún así se agradece que se pudiera utilizar.

Cons:

El wifi era algo débil y aunque el sitio no esté lejos del centro es verdad que las calles se inundan como llueva un poco, pero esto es un problema de la isla en general.

Fijne rustige plek
Pros:

Fijne kamer met zwembad. Prijs-kwaliteit. Heel vriendelijk ontvangen!

Het is natuurlijk fijner als je direct aan zee slaapt maar dan betaal je ook twee keer zoveel.

Ik lees veel reviews over de vervuiling van de omgeving. Dat klopt helemaal maar is wel een probleem op heel het eiland. Ik maak me echt zorgen, er wordt overal volop gebouwd, rest materiaal blijft liggen. Toeristen dumpen hun troep. Bewoners ruimen hun eigen troep niet op. De lucht wordt vervuild met irritante golfkarretjes waar volwassen kerels zich lekker kind kunnen voelen. Ik denk dat over niet al te veel tijd Isla Holbox geen natuur meer heeft en bestaat uit een aaneenschakeling van hotels en restaurants. Advies, leg goede fietspaden aan en laat iedereen fietsen.

Isla Bonita, so close but disappointing.
Pros:

I liked the idea of staying here from the promotional photos. I should've read the reviews.
The staff once found, as there is no reception, did their best to communicate in Spanish, non of the staff spoke English.
The AC is a welcome addition to the room which I have to say isn't bigger than most apartments available throughout Holbox as the advertising blurb suggests.
Free drinking water is available from the communal kitchen where there is a 4 ring gas hob and a sink with hot water. There is no hot water from the sink in the apartment neither is there a cooker just a microwave, a kettle and a fridge.

Cons:

I didn't like the quite noticeable greasy layer on the surface of the pool.
The shower was a disappointing surprise. It spurts out a fine mist like a hosepipe with a puncture.
The TV never worked. It can't find a signal!
Four days into our booked week and the electric went out. This is a regular occurrence in Holbox but usually gets fixed fairly quickly. After a few hours we realised everywhere else had their electricity back but not Isla Bonita. So in broken Spainish and simple English along with help from a bilingual shop keeper we were able to ask a member of staff if our electric would be returned soon as the room becomes stiflingly hot very quickly.
With the promise of it being fixed within 1½ hours we waited outside with our feet cooling in the now still unfiltered pool.
By midnight we gave up! We found alternative accommodation through people we knew so we could sleep in an air conditioned environment.
We returned the next day to discover nothing had happened and wouldn't for another day. We had to find alternative accommodation.
I have to say communication with staff once you finally track someone down is difficult without Google Translate, because of course without electricity there was no WiFi, but Yareli was a very helpful member of staff and promised us a three day refund. I wait with anticipation to see if this refund occurs.
