Dostęp do kuchni, przyjazny personel, uprzejmości i dyspozycyjność, bardzo dobry kontakt. Urokliwe korytarze i przutulne wnętrza. Będąc w okolicy korzystam tylko z tego hotelu i z pewnością wrócę. Miejsce niezwykle przyjazne zwierzętom.

Dobry na kilka nocy
Pros:

Lokalizacja w samym centrum starego miasta, dobre śniadania i bardzo miły personel. Sam pokój dobry na maksymalnie kilka nocy, czysty, wyposażony w lodówkę. Na plus dostęp do bufetu całą dobę, dzięki czemu można zrobić sobie herbatę o każdej porze. Łóżko wygodne.

Brakło w pokoju jakiegoś miejsca na położenie rzeczy, dwa stoliki, łóżko i wieszak, nic więcej.

Idealne miejsce na nocleg w Jeleniej Gorze.
Pros:

Jest to już mój kolejny pobyt w tym Hotelu, jak zawsze bardzo udany. Hotel jest świetnie położony. Obiekt jest bardzo klimatyczny. Zawsze miła obsługa. Pokoje czyste i schludne. Dodatkowym atutem są zawsze dostępne napoje i drobne przekąski. Polecam!

Super freundliches Personal, ein hervorragendes Frühstück mit frischen Rührei, Parkplatz in der Nähe

Cons:

Die Matratzen im Apartment mit Balkon sehr durchgelegen und dadurch sehr unbequem. Keine deutschen Fernsehprogramme.

Очень уютно, комфортно, миловидный дизайн отеля. Единственное что только тонкие стены и было слышно интим соседей)))) а в общем в остальном всё прекрасно, винтажного вида оформление и очень приятный персонал на ресепшене ❤️
