Furchtbar
Cons:

Kleines ungemütlich Zimmer. Kaum Ausstattung. Ausblick gleich null. Keine Gardinen. Sicht auf den Biergarten. Keine Spaziermöglichkeit. Im großen und ganzen grausam. Wir sind nach einer Nacht wieder abgereist.

Gut mit einigen ( gravierenden) Mängeln
Pros:

Gute Ausstattung insgesamt guter Zustand. Hatte also alles was man braucht für ein Wochenende.

Cons:

Ein ganz großer Mangel war das wir im Winter dort waren und es draußen leider minus 5 Grad war. Im Haus selbst gibt es keine richtige Heizung sondern nur 3 kleine Elektro Öfen. Bei der Ankunft waren es leider ebenfalls gefühlte Minusgrade in dem Haus. Hat auf Grund der 3 kleinen Elektro Heizungen auch bald bis zum nächsten Tag gedauert bis es eine halbwegs angenehme Temperatur hatte. An dem ersten Abend selbst haben wir erst stundenlang mit Jacke dort gesessen. Ebenfalls ein großer Kritikpunkt ist das im gesamten Haus sprich in allen Räumen nicht einen einzigen Rauchmelder gibt( ist mittlerweile sogar gesetzlich vorgeschrieben). Gerade weil es nur so kleine Elektro Öfen gibt und die bei uns 2 Tage am Stück liefen finde ich Rauchmelder enorm wichtig da ich solchen Öfen nie traue. Also es gibt meiner Meinung nach eine Dinge die dringend verbessert werden müssten.

Pros:

Wir haben ein super ruhiges Silvester dort verbringen können und haben sehr gut geschlafen in den gemütlichen Betten.
Das Appartement ist super ausgestattet und man hat direkt Blick auf den See.

Cons:

Der TV hatte nur 5 verfügbare Programme, das war etwas schade am Silvester Abend.

Cons:

Räucher Geruch. Müfig. Dachfenster Kaputt und Glasscheiben sind runter gefallen beim aufrollen der Sonnenschutz, Kind darunter knapp gefehlt.
