Alles in allem eine gute Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt in Alicante.

A beautifully clean, modern apartment with outdoor space
Pros:

Close to everything, beach, supermarket,old town, centre, shopping centre about a 20 min walk to more or less everything. Very clean throughout. Comfortable bed. Nicely decorated and shower lovely and hot. Plenty of space and nice outdoor space. Communication was excellent.

Cons:

We found it a bit too dark for us in the bedroom area with not much natural light as you had to have the blinds shut as it faced the road on the ground floor. A casserole dish would have been helpful to cook things in the oven. We struggled as there were no cooking dishes for the oven. The sun didn’t come round until 2 pm this may be different in high summer.

Świetny apartament do odpoczynku w Alicante!
Pros:

Świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Alicante, pięknie urządzone mieszkanko oraz kuchnia, w której niczego nie brakowało. Dodatkowo można wyjść na taras, na którym można się poopalać i spożywać posiłki.

Cosy apartment with a big outdoor terrace.
Pros:

The apartment was everything we expected - clean, cosy, kitchen equipped with everything we needed. Big outdoor terrace was our absolute favourite!
Check-in was quick and easy with access codes sent through Whatsapp. We arrived earlier and the owner was kind to let us in right after the apartment cleaning was finished.
The apartment had heaters/air conditioners in every room which we used daily, since outside temperatures are not too high in March.

Cons:

Walls and ceilings are too thin. We heard everything happening in the upper apartment like it was next to us. Since we also had a child with us (making noise) and we spent long days outside discovering the city, it did not bother us too much. In the night it was all quiet.

Pięknie użądzony przestronny apartament, bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko centrum. Bezproblemowy kontakt z wynajmującym.

Pros:

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und wunderschön, einfach zum wohlfühlen. Die Lage war ausgezeichnet in unseren Augen: man war sehr schnell an der Promenade oder Restaurants und eines Supermarkts und das alles zu Fuß.

Cons:

Leider ist die Wohnung etwas hellhörig - unser oberer Nachbar hat sich beschwert, weil wir uns zu zweit auf unserer Terrasse und im Wohnzimmer unterhalten haben. Die Gespräche fanden in gedämpftem Ton statt!

Auch war das Bad und die Wohnung allgemein etwas kalt und von unten her nur schwer warm zubekommen.

Très bel appartement
Pros:

L'appartement est tel qu'on le voit sur les photos : propre, fonctionnel, beau, bien décoré, très agréable.
De premier abord, l'emplacement ne fait pas rêver, mais une fois qu'on découvre la ville, il s'avère qu'il est très bien placé.

Cons:

Seul petit bémol : les lits superposés, en métal, font du bruit à chaque mouvement.

Pros:

Het terras op de bovenste verdieping was heerlijk zonnig. Ideaal voor deze periode!

Cons:

In de straat zijn er werken bezig. Dit hoor je geregeld....
Het appartement is zeer gehorig. Gelukkig waren de onderburen meestal op pad.
