Ļoti jauks dzīvoklis, tīrs, ērts.

Cons:

Nepatika rajons, kur atrodas naktsmītne. Bija nedaudz bailīgi atgriezties vienai vakarā, kad tumšs.

Buena opción para estar en Alicante
Pros:

El apartamento es muy coqueto y está decorado con gusto. La terraza es un lujo si hace sol. Los anfitriones son muy amables y contestan en seguida a cualquier pregunta. Contar con un sitio para dejar el coche delante de la casa está muy bien (pagando, claro), porque en esa calle no se puede aparcar. La zona es tranquila y estás a unos 20 min del centro andando.

Cons:

Hay algunos aspectos a mejorar en el apartamento nº2. El comedor no tiene sillas, solo 4 banquetas. El aire acondicionado del comedor hace mucho ruido. La escoba es muy pequeña y está doblada. Las almohadas son muy blandas. En el comedor se oye mucho las pisadas del piso de arriba. El parking es realmente un solar cerrado con una verja y un candado.

A lovely apartment in line with the pictures and a great host
Pros:

The apartment was very comfortable and clean with a nice terrace to have breakfast in sunny days
The host Luiza was very helpful and provided in a clear way all the information needed for check in and check out
There is a parking place just in front of the building

bien rénover, belle décoration, patio agréable.

Cons:

Manque d'équipement pour le four pas de grille ni de plat. Pas de service de bagagerie et ce n'est pas un appartement mais un studio.

The owner was kind and helpful and provided all the necessary information. The apartment has everything you might need for your stay. Beautiful and spacious terrace.

Cons:

The location of the apartment is unpleasant, it feels like living in an abandoned, unfinished construction site.
The apartments are located on a hill, so to reach the apartments you need to climb about 400 meters up the hill. This did not cause any problems for us, but I think other people may find this information relevant.
