Hermoso apart junto al mar
Pros:

El departamento estaba muy bien equipado, impecable, amplio, comodo, moderno y bien mantenido. La vista del mar desde el balcon y los ventanales era hermosa. La proximidad del mar aumenta la comodidad. El personal de recepcion muy amable y atento a todas nuestras necesidades, (viajamos con una bebe de11 meses), en especial quiero destacar la amabilidad y eficiencia de Alejandro. Las mucamas tambien muy amables y pendientes.
La pileta impecable y calefaccionada, era un placer nadar en ella. El jardin con sombrillas, ideal para compartir juegos y mate. Amplio garage y espacio externo iluminado para dejar el auto. En fin, sin ninguna duda, volveria.

Cons:

Hubiera preferido un desayuno buffet mas completo, en un desayunador y no enviado al departamento, si bien el que recibimos era muy gustoso
El baño es pequeño y sin ventilacion, necesitaria un extractor.
En la sala no hay aire acondicionado ni ventilados de techo, por lo cual es un poco calurosa.

El desayuno...el café en saquito y la leche en polvo no es un desayuno de apart/hotel, no Al menos con el precio que cobran la noche. Las medialunas no son ricas.

Pros:

Lindo apart hotel cómodo tranquilo para ir en familia . Buena atención por parte de las personas que trabajan en el hotel. Cuenta con piscina climatizada yacuzi y parrilla también desayuno. Muy recomendable

La ubicación y el trato del personal

Cons:

Cuando reserve consulte si estaba habilitada la pileta y me contestaron que si y que estaba climatizada, razón primordial por la que realice la reserva con ustedes, cuando llegue me acerque a la pileta y estaba totalmente sucia (mugre de meses, hasta un ladrillo dentro) y obviamente no estaba climatizada, cuando consulte al encargado me dijo que la pileta con suerte estaría disponible para diciembre, eso me molestó bastante, de haber sabido que no estaba disponible me hubiera alojado en otro lugar ya que habían varias opciones.
Otro problema mayor fue el calefón que se apagaba cuánto te ibas a duchar razon por la cual el agua salía congelada...tampoco nos dieron solución.
El dpto cómodo y bien distribuido pero demasiado viejo para lo que cobran.
Creo que merezco un resarcimiento por lo sucedido.
