Overall a warm and wonderful place to stay in a central location in the island to access the East and West and Nortgern
Pros:

Everything from the friendly staff, to the spacious room with everything included, unique facilities and the amazing breakfast delivered to our room each morning!

Cons:

The location of the parking garage was a little tough to access when you’re not used to navigating the narrow streets of Ponta Delgada. However, the staff were helpful!

Beyond excellent
Pros:

We enjoyed a marvelous stay, from the time of booking to check out, the communications and service was exceptional. The room was clean, breakfast had variety and was delicious and plentiful. The attention to detail was superb. The art gallery, pool and sauna, sitting areas scatttered around. They supplied yellow towels for the thermal baths. There was free parking throughout our stay. The location was perfect for strolling the old town with several excellent restaurants nearby. Such a warm and fantastic start to our Azores adventure, thank you for everything 🙏

Brilliant, superb town location and highly recommend this hotel apartment
Pros:

This was a very last minute booking and staff were so professional and helpful. Accommodation really comfortable, great design and clean. So helpful the next day on checking out and organised a taxi to the airport

Man merkt einfach jederzeit das Bemühen um den Gast und fühlt sich wie in einer großen Familie.
Pros:

Wir haben bei Casa da Galeria einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht. Angefangen vom herzlichen Empfang der Besitzer am Flughafen, über das moderne, sehr geräumige und liebevoll ausgestattete Zimmer, das reichliche und individuelle Frühstück (wird aufs Zimmer gebracht und man kann täglich aus einer sehr langen Liste wählen) bis hin zum Abschied, als wir noch ein süßes Geschenk erhielten und vom Eigentümer wieder zum Flughafen gebracht wurden.
Aber ganz besonders zu betonen ist der herzliche Service - alle unsere Wünsche wurden stets perfekt erfüllt, höchste Flexibilität bei kurzfristigen Planänderungen und die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter. Man merkt einfach jederzeit das Bemühen um den Gast und fühlt sich wie in einer großen Familie.

Die Lage ist recht zentral, man ist zu Fuß rasch beim Hauptplatz, am Hafen und bei den besten Restaurants. Wir hatten für die Woche einen Mietwagen (über Casa da Galeria organisiert) und einen Stellplatz in der kleinen, hauseigenen Garage - auf der Straße ist es dort überall SEHR eng und nicht einfach, einen Parkplatz zu finden.

Vielen, vielen Dank an das ganze Team von Casa da Galeria!!!
