Pros:

The room was spacious, suitable for big family of mine that all of us had good sleep in it.

Cons:

The television is out of date, could be better with smart tv but we don't watch it much so not really a big issue.

Cons:

Shower room had no curtains to stop water, which splash onto toilet seats.
Rooms were not cleaned on daily basis.
Due to flight delays I arrived late by x1 day. Payment was not reimbursed which is not good business practice.

Pros:

The room is clean. Complete kitchen equipment is available. It's just that the pot is a little rusty, but there is still a good pan.

The cleanliness around the apartment is also very good. The security is also good. There is a relaxing room outside for smoking or enjoying the city view

Across the apartment there are many food stalls and aeon supermarkets
