Very well located, and spacious. A must stay in Puerto Madryn if you’re a tourist. If you like independence and proximity to all the key areas of town, this is a great option.

Rooms were big and clean

Cons:

They insist to contact me outside of booking app and asked for credit card information even though I paid via booking, only after insisting several times they collected the payment without the credit information. Cleaning staff knocked 3 times before the checkout at 10am

We had to change our flight and would arrive a day later than planned. We attempted to reach out the hotel to coordinate but got no answer. When we finally arrived, no one was there and we were informed through Expedia that the hotel considered us late and cancelled our reservation. So we were stuck out in the cold at night without a place to stay. The day we were leaving Puerto Madryn, the hotel finally messaged us the check in information. Never been so disrespected as a PAYING customer. Would NEVER recommend anyone book with this hotel. HORRIBLE experience. And they did NOTHING to help us, just took our money for three nights and kicked us to the cold street.
