Хороший,бюджетный отель
Pros:

Близко к достопримечательностям, транспорту.Персонал готов всегда помочь. Район с кучей кафе и магазинов .Тепло. удобный матрас. Наличие косметических средств.

Cons:

Очень крутые ступеньки. Как,впрочем, во всем Стамбуле. Вид из окна.

Cons:

There was no balcony in the room as they mentioned (maybe it was in the other room, at they should mention it). There was no daylight coming in the room as there was another building blocking the window (No Landmark view, no City view). Washroom was not clean, the towel was like made out of rock, refrigerator was not working. I stayed for 6 days, but there was no regular cleaning service. Water was leaking from the basin, and there was no proper drainage system. The washroom was wet all the time. I was surprised that this hotel has such a high rating.

Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta y el personal también, Esat es muy atento, nos ha solucionado al momento cualquier cosa que hayamos pedido, el secador de la habitación no funcionaba y me trajo otro en menos de 5 min y así con todas las dudas, fue estupendo

Cons:

En la ducha se salía el agua entonces el baño siempre estaba encharcado y por eso la habitación olía siempre mal aunque dejásemos las ventanas abiertas todo el día

Pros:

Az elhelyezkedés szuper, az ágy kényelmes. Maradhattunk délután fél négyig a kijelentkezéskor. Pár napra tökéletes. Ár/érték arány szuper.

A special thank you to the owner for the warm hospitality and for making my stay so comfortable.
Pros:

I stayed at Baran Home Aparts in Istanbul from 16–25 February 2026 as a solo female traveler, and I had a very positive experience.
The location is excellent — within walking distance of major attractions like Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, as well as public transport. I felt safe in the area, even when returning in the evening.
The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with directions or recommendations. The room was simple but clean and comfortable, and overall it offers great value for money.
I would definitely recommend it to other solo travelers looking for an affordable and well-located place to stay in Istanbul.

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, jó ár-érték arány, picit elavul bútorzat.
Pros:

A szállás elhelyezkedése hibátlan, gyalogosan nagyon sok látványosság könnyedén elérhető, éttermek boltok kávézók, pár perc távolságra. Apró igényeinknek megfelelő volt. Aki nem csak alvásra és zuhanyzásra használná, talán annak kevés, de nekünk rendben volt. 1-2 javítandó dolog ráférne a szállásra de összességében, a hely hangulatához illett a szállás is, kedves tulajdonos, kényelmes ágy.

Cons:

Télen voltunk és pont kifogtunk egy hideg időszakot, a fűtés kevésnek bizonyult a kinti 3 fokhoz mérten, valamint a fürdőszoba penésztelenítését meg kellene oldani, mert így nem mondható túl egészségesnek.

アヤソフィア、ブルーモスク、空港までのシャトルバスが出ているバス停まで徒歩で行けるロケーションです。オーナーの方もとても親切で、ホテルの向かいの売店を経営されているので何かあればすぐに頼ることもできます。部屋も清潔でコスパも大変良いです！

Cons:

ロケーションの問題ですが、イスタンブールは坂の多い街で、このホテルは坂の下にあります。メトロに乗るにも、アヤソフィアに行くにも結構急な坂を登るのですが、手ぶらであれば問題ありませんが、大荷物だとかなりきついと思います。その場合はタクシーを利用することを勧めます。

Für diesen Preis alles gut
Pros:

Für diesen Preis kann man wirklich nicht meckern. Das Zimmer war groß genug und einfach ausgestattet.
War ziemlich sauber, obwohl es könnte bisschen besser sein.
Das Bett war bequem und ich konnte da gut schlafen .
Die Lage ist gut. Straßenbahn 10 Minuten zum Fuß entfernt (man muss Berg auf laufen), Hagia Sophia ca. 15 Minuten zum Fuß. Alle Geschäfte in der Nähe.
Das Personal war nett.

Cons:

Das Zimmer wird nur sauber gemacht wenn ihr selbst fragt
Kein Aufzug.
