Pros:

Good location, clean and indoor pool was amazing with warm water . Kitchen ware was very complete definitely recommended 👍

Pros:

View from apartment. ease of parking and entry to apartment.

It was lovely. Would definitely recommend overall was ok.

The location was amazing and so close to everything. Ben was a lovely host.

Cons:

Some things were not enough for a young family of 4. For example toilet roll had run out we had to ask for more. We had to buy our own shower gel. The kitchen had very little washing liquid. Some pots,forks and knives needed a good wash before using.

Would not stay again.
Pros:

Location is ideal.

Cons:

Apartment was not clean. Cockroaches were seen crawling around kitchen. No aircon in main living area made main part of apartment like an oven in the heat.
Tiny hot water system booked accomodation for 4 people yet hot water would only last 1-2 showers at the most even when quick showers, two of the people staying ended up leaving. Contacted number and was not even given a response when making complaint
Appliances were old unable to read to operate oven and dishwasher as all indicator control markings did not exist anymore.
Mid week clean only changed sheets and supplied towels, no cleaning done at all. Only 1 roll of toilet paper for two bathrooms across 10 days. No garbage bags supplied apart from initial one on arrival.

Great location with stunning views.
Pros:

Beautiful modern spacious apartment with everything we needed. Stunning river and ocean views. Loved that it was a little quieter than in surfers but an easy walk and tram ride to all the popular locations.

Amazing family holiday & the apartment had everything we needed, clean, comfort & stunning views.
Pros:

The view from the bedrooms & living room were spectacular. The balcony had views of the river and beach.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Management were very obliging and allowed an earlier arrival time than advertised.

The 360 degree views were amazing. Roomy apartment with two bathrooms. Great location. Handy to trams

WOW! The property was fantastic! spectacular views of SurfersParadise /Main Beach. excellent facilities and wonderful hosts . Beds very comfortable and very well equipped kitchen

Cons:

The windows were a bit noisy when windy and being so high up was windy every day but to is didn’t spoil our holiday and would definitely stay here again
