Pros:

Close to Southport Spit facilities. Close to beach. Good views from floor 6.

Cons:

No Tea Towel to wipe up with. Parking limited to 2.1mt so 4WD hard to get into. Parking space was small.

Blindsided by how basic and old the actual accomm is compared to the edited photos used online.
Pros:

Great location - very close to surfers paradise, beach and tram.

Cons:

Photos of the property online are nothing like the real accommodation. Very disappointing.

Excellent location and service.
Pros:

Excellent service from the property manager, accommodating and helpful. Location is excellent, super close to the beach and Surfers Paradise town centre!

Comfortable stay in a well-located apartment with friendly staff, great amenities, and a beautiful ocean view — perfect
Pros:

I stayed at the property for three nights with a group of 10, and we had a great experience. The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby activities and venues. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, especially given the size of our group. Having a washer and dryer in each room was an unexpected but very welcome bonus. Overall, a comfortable and well-equipped stay — highly recommended.

Cons:

The property requests that guests clean the apartment and take out the rubbish before check-out, which is entirely reasonable. However, I noticed there were no extra bin liners provided, and no floor-cleaning equipment such as a broom or mop available. Providing basic cleaning supplies would make it easier for guests to meet check-out expectations and maintain the apartment during their stay.

Great overnight stay, close proximity to everything in surfers overall a nice experience.
Pros:

Customer service was great and very accommodating. Not many places on the coast that sleeps 6 people comfortably. The person at reception was really helpful. Property is close to Cavil and beach.

Cons:

The property is tired and needs some work. But felt safe and clean.

Pros:

Location was amazing the management was very polite and evion upgraded us to a bigger apartment as we had a big family. I would recommend view pacific apartments for pricing and location if you have a big family. We all enjoy our stay there.

Nice place to stay, unfortunate about not having aircon in the bedrooms. Owner was great and replaced the washing machin

Cons:

There is only one aircon unit in the sitting room and due to the configuration of the rooms it didn’t flow easily to the bedrooms which left them very hot and uncomfortable.

well the fact I booked the property to stay and she booked the property again meaning we couldn’t stay there even though I’d already paid for the property. couldn’t even contact them after this whole situation and can’t even get a refund from them so basically getting robbed!
