Prima en rustig gelegen plek net onder het dorpje Lajen. Het appartement is netjes, schoon en ruim (wij waren met drie personen) en comfortabel genoeg als verblijf voor wandelingen en het bezoeken van plaatsen in de buurt. Het was voor ons nu niet nodig, maar je kunt je auto in de garage naast het appartement parkeren.
Tip: als je aan komt rijden, dan is het het eerste huis voorbij het bod dat aangeeft dat je Unterried uitrijdt.

Im Außenbereich gab es ein Trampolin,einen Tischkicker,eine Sitzecke sowie eine Garage.
Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und stand für Fragen immer zur Verfügung.

Excellent Location, 15 min drive to Ortisei city center, where most of activities starts from. Value for money was really fantastic, and host is very kind.

Super friendly and nice owner, very kind. The accommodation has everything you might need, fully equipped kitchen, clean and comfortable. There is free parking on the property.

Sparkling clean, comfortable, welcoming house on a large property. Beautiful views from upper balcony. The main entrance to the stairwell leads to access to three separate residences. If there were any other guests, I never heard them, even though I saw a woman with a dog one morning. Hubert the host is kind, hard-working, and quick to respond. He will do all he can to make your stay a good one. We really enjoyed our 3-day stay here!

Alles perfekt

It was a clean, well appointed flat on the first floor. The bed was comfortable and the environment was quiet to very quiet once the windows were closed. The central heating was working well (the stay was in early December). The view from the large balcony is lovely.
Laion with some good shops and cafes is close by (5 min).
There is a large lockable garage in which to park the car.

We absolutely love this place and would highly recommended to everyone coming to Dolomites. It was nicely designed, big, clean with full equipment. Large kitchen even with dish washer, living room and beautiful mountain view with the balcony. It’s near 50m near the bus stop and easy to get to everywhere. The soundproof was great we had peaceful sleep. Hubert the host was super nice and responded quickly all the times. He was really helpful with everything that we needed! Thank you Hubert!
